She was extremely nice and told me what the Diamond Glow Facial included which was the microdermabrasion, light peel, facial massage, etc. all about 60 mins. Tip: Do not wear a necklace because they really massage your neck and chest. The massage was awesome. It was not half-assed at all!! She took her time, went into my shoulders, upper back and scalp. I've had a microdermabrasions before so I knew the process. The light peel...never done any peels before but Olga said no downtime and just to moisturize often. Didn't feel anything crazy at the time of the facial. So, we shall see. The whole experience was so relaxing and comfortable. I like that at the end that there were no sales pitch and no pushing me to buy any products. It was more of hope you enjoyed it and will come back for more. Which, I will. One special thing to note is if you book a service that's at least an hour, you receive a complimentary foot soak as long if you arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment. This was a nice touch. When I arrived, Cristina, from the front desk walked me to their quiet room, which has the ultimate relaxation vibes. She was amazing! She had my foot soak ready to go, along with a heated neck wrap and a blanket. On top of that, she made me a delicious vanilla chamomile tea, accompanied by a chocolate. A literal pampering angel. My facial was done by Chasity. She was also so nice and she gave me plenty of time to change and get comfortable in the spa bed.
