When I first went to see Dr Milton Moore I was exhausted and honestly pretty defeated about my…read moreskin. I have a skin tone that discolors very easily and I was dealing with stubborn hyperpigmentation and recurring painful acne that felt impossible to control. It hurt physically and it took a toll on my confidence. I had already tried every over the counter lotion and potion I could get my hands on and nothing made a real difference. From the first visit Dr Moore treated me like someone worth fixing not a hopeless case. He listened without rushing he explained every step and he made it clear that getting my skin healthy was a process we would work through together. That reassurance mattered more than he probably knows. His approach was thoughtful and consistent and for the first time in years I saw real progress. The discoloration started to fade the painful breakouts stopped and I finally felt comfortable in my own skin again. I am grateful every time I look in the mirror. Dr Moore changed more than my skin he changed how I feel about myself. I recommend him without hesitation.

The front desk did not feel especially welcoming to a new patient. A friend had recommended Dr. Moore, but the wait to see him was long, so I made my appointment with Dr. Tessa Cervantes. During the visit, I felt that she spoke quickly and did not explain things thoroughly enough for me to understand what was being assessed or what to expect next. The appointment felt rushed, and I left wishing I had more time to ask questions. I ended up calling back to get the details clarified. When someone comes in worried about skin cancer, clear explanations and a compassionate approach make a real difference. I hope the practice takes that feedback to heart.

The last two times I was in San Antonio, I couldn't make it work with my schedule. This visit, I made sure to fit it in. Booking was easy. When I arrived, the staff was friendly, the check-in process was smooth, and the space was clean and inviting. They also carry a wide selection of skin and body products, so I browsed their services while waiting. Once Monique invited me back, I had a wash and blowout. WOW--my hair came out amazing! From the wash and conditioner to the styling, everything was on point. My hair has body, shine, and zero frizz. It moves like a flag floating in the air. Monique is not only talented but also very personable. My daughter was right--she reminds me so much of my old stylist, Victor. Well worth the wait! I will return the next time I'm in S.A.

I'm typically not one to review so low however I was left very disappointed and uncomfortable with…read moremy visit today I called to ensure I'd be able to do the fall massage package even though I'm pregnant and the receptionist was incredibly kind and they were able to accommodate me and I was really looking forward to this as I was in desperate need of relaxation They have you fill out forms similar to other spas where they have you fill out allergies, medical conditions, and if you prefer light convo or no convo When I arrived the receptionist was on the phone and I didn't mind waiting, my masseuse was seated next to the door and on her phone and after some awkward small talk I was left to wait and check in The receptionist was really nice and honestly one of the best parts of my visit I signed a consent form and then was led to wait until my masseuse had the room ready. The space is quite small so I was able to hear a very awkward conversation between my masseuse and another worker regarding the chocolate my service came with which I ended up not receiving and then was led to my room with my masseuse who had me reconfirm everything that was filled out including if I preferred a quiet massage I did immediately feel uneasy as she asked me when my due date was which caught me off guard as I felt like that was information that was unnecessary unfortunately this just provided the base line for the rest of the experience The massage was fine but the masseuse continuously tried getting me to engage in full conversation and asked me strange questions like where I was set to deliver my baby at which I found unprofessional She then asked where I would go to have my massages before and what I liked about that place And I had to state that they would let me drift off while getting my services and that stopped the conversation for a bit She then made a comment about how I must have a high pain tolerance since I have a chronic illness and I have a lot of knots in my shoulders The worst of it was that I have a big scar on my back that I'm self conscious about due to a surgery I got as a child and she poked it and asked point blank as to what happened and how I got it After a stunned second and a brief explanation she jokingly said "you've had a rough life huh" As nice as the space is and how much I'd like to support a locally owned business I can't see myself coming back here for the price point

I'm heartbroken and furious about what happened to me at Stadia Med Spa. I want to start by saying…read morethat Gina and Darby were absolutely wonderful -- their facials and laser treatments were the only good part of my experience. They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. I never want anyone else to feel the shock, regret, and heartbreak I'm dealing with right now.
