When asked for my order, they didn't ask the spice level which they used to in the first location. The biryani took about 10 minutes to arrive. It looked fine. However,there was a lack of chicken pieces. I feel like there was 20 percent less boneless chicken than usual. It came with raita ,but it wasn't really spicy. They used to be above average in terms of spice. The biggest problem was that a lot of the rice just tasted of ghee and no masala/spices at all. There were very few cooked onions and cilantro. It wasn't bad,but it lost a lot of the fire the old version had. We saw how meticulously they clean the tables and floor when people leave, and that is not something common in other restaurants. The restrooms were super clean too. Cleanliness is one of my top requirements when I go to a restaurant. The only thing ai would recommend is that they ask their clients if they have any allergies.
