Went into buy their Chester's fried chicken at the deli. Wanted the 12 piece family package with…read morebiscuits and two sides. While the young man started filling my order (which was his first day, and he was very polite. "Yes sir, no sir polite) I asked him if my 2 sides were proportional to the size order I was purchasing. He stated that you get 2 1lb container per side, no matter what size chicken package you purchase. So I be an to explain that it wasn't fair that you got the same size sides for a 4 piece package or a 16 piece package. He asked another employ who stated to me that that was the policy, and if I wanted, I could use my 2 sides for the same item. I stated that I wasn't really getting two sides, just one, in two containers. So I'm hoping that anyone reading this, can understand what I was trying to get across to them. If you are advertising 2 sides, you should get two different sides, proportionate to the size package you are buying. I know this should not be a big deal, but they didn't accommodate me with my concern. This is not the way you take care of your customers, but I guess they really don't care to keeping customers. Had they helped me out, this review would have been more favorable.
