He went on about his 2 jobs yada yada yada. The owner made excuses for him in past reviews over a year ago stating its a "Professional Attitude". Im not gonna go out of my way to email that guy, like he asked on reviewer that you will see. If he doesn't see the obvious fail in his business (easy fix, fire him) and makes the excuse that the business in almost 20 years old, then we all should really start realizing that we have better options.
