Guys, look at the comments.. Ginger Dude has a name at this point. Theres no reason in being anything but chill to anyone that walks through those doors. We called recently and he was in a bad mood and told me if he didn't answer the phone the first time, then don't keep calling unless he calls you back. Do you NOT want business? He went on about his 2 jobs yada yada yada. The owner made excuses for him in past reviews over a year ago stating its a "Professional Attitude". Im not gonna go out of my way to email that guy, like he asked on reviewer that you will see. If he doesn't see the obvious fail in his business (easy fix, fire him) and makes the excuse that the business in almost 20 years old, then we all should really start realizing that we have better options. We deserve better, guys.. and business owners like this need to get with it. read more

Ginger dude has bad attitude, I went there with my group and it was close, we called him and was not answering his phone then he got there and started saying if we were the ones blowing up his phone and he started arguing with us when he could of just answered the phone and said he will be there shortly with a nice attitude but no, last time I came here this guy was not here, they should replace this guy, all he is doing it scaring the customers away read more

It was my first time here and the manager helped out with all my questions and registered me as a client. On top of that, he showed me around and provided many options to the facility. It looks like I'll be spending quite some time here, to have my kids and his friends grow as musicians. I would recommend this place to those who'll ask. I have not even started but their professionalism at reception was more than my expectation. Thank you, Gary. - Manny read more

The place is cool starting to go down in quality and the chunky ginger guy at the front desk who's always there is rude and lets some bands go over your time and then he will turn off the power on you if you go over a little. He's got a huge attitude and he should probably fix that if he wants anyone to go back read more

The rooms are actually nice, but the bigger white dude with the beard who claims to be the manager has such a shitty attitude. For some reason whenever he books us for the same room it costs more than when someone else checks us in. Didn't think much at first but then one day it was raining and I held the door to the office open for my band mate and he fuckin yelled me to close the door because I was letting his heat out like I was his step child. Everytime we come and he's working no one feels comfortable checking in or asking for anything because he's just such a dick about everything. If this guy is the actual manager then that's a shame, this place would be such a great establishment otherwise. read more

First time here had pretty high hopes, but all it took to ruin it was the front managers (ginger dude) pretty bad attitude. We're here to practice but him being rude and hostile towards my band members irritated everyone in the group. Not to mention he was racist towards our singer (he's black) being vigilant on him and what he was doing in the office literally as we were just paying. Then to end the night accuses us of breaking the box the microphones came in when all we did was open and close it to get them lol not sure how he can accuse us of something like that. If ginger dude isn't happy there why even work there. Places like this supposed to show some love and support not have a crappy attitude and seem like everything's a bother. read more

Sooo... I'm going to try and keep this review down to the bare bones... basically I feel like the people that answer the phone are indifferent and kind of hostile at times. That would be okay if everything else was fine but it wasn't. I called there to schedule the most expensive room they have for 3 hours. I had to cancel the first time but I gave them over a week's notice and then I called back to rebook it. The day before we were supposed to be there I called to check that we were booked annnnd no we were not, "I have no one in that room tomorrow" Well I booked it with someone 3 weeks ago... is this Gary ? no this is Gary Jr you must have booked with my father. Ohh okay well yeah your father then, then "well let's take it easy here, no need t9 get excited la la la". We show up on time start setting up they've got a complicated board and a complicated light board next to it so it's kind of more than I've ever been used to as far as trying to figure out a PA system for yourself that's the reason we booked this room was because they had great lighting and they had a nice PA they call it the "Showcase room". So we're pretty much set up ready to go but we don't have the PA dialed in and we have to call the guy at the front desk which that's pretty much his job anyways otherwise you just have any kind of yo-yo in there sometimes breaking shit. But he doesn't really know what he's doing he tells us it's his third day on the job and he doesn't know how to operate the lights. And he does know how to operate the PA but we're having issues with feedback for 15 minutes or more he was a great guy his name was Sterling I can't really say enough about him because I was having a bad day that day and he was kind of sympathetic being a vocalist as well. He was doing the best he could. And he was cordial and courteous. At some point we were booked until 10:00 it looked like we weren't going to be able to finish so I approached him and asked him for a little extra time for a nice tip because no one was coming in the room after us anyways he agreed was fine he didn't actually say it was fine but he said okay. We're packing up now I've got the owner coming in there who doesn't say hi who doesn't say anything just comes in and starts acting official and sort of wanting to tell us to get the fuck out I guess he's not aware of the deal that we made with his employee I don't know maybe he didn't get his cut. Either way they should have had somebody that had been on the job longer so that the employee that he had there did not have to call somebody in the know to operate the light board which took another 15 minutes of our time pretty much because between the room that we were in and the office was a long walk and unless you're an Olympian. That's going to take time there and back along with the phone call and maybe possibly writing down instructions and yada yada yada. Honestly all of this would have been fine if they had been more friendly but they weren't and a lot of times when you're booking things it matters. I feel like the product was fine but the service was angry. Except for the employee that was there that day he was cool. But he was struggling. read more

Musicians Performance Studios - Recording & Rehearsal Studios Near Me - Rancho Cucamonga, California

We made a reservation for rehearsal and on the day of our reservation the doors were locked, there was nobody at the place, and we were left hanging out right outside the place. I'd driven out from Los Angeles, so this was not appreciated. We made multiple calls while we were outside but there was no answer. We left voicemails too and nobody ever called us back. Fortunately, we were able to find another place on Yelp that was about 10 minutes from this place (Rad Pro in Ontario), so we did get to rehearse. It's a good thing we were able to find another place close by because we would have totally wasted our time going out there. So, yeah, this place is unreliable and we won't be booking here again. read more

I'm a mom and I bring my kids here to rehearse as a band, don't know much about the music business but they love the place.

Nice enough people, extremely difficult to locate on a GPS... odd location. I've been to a lot of rehearsal spaces and this was some of the worst gear I've come across. Broken stuff, falling apart, broken drum heads etc. Pass. read more

Listen up! I am speaking from being in the music business for over 40 years. When you can talk the terminology for what you need for musical projects, THESE ARE THE GUYS!! Keith (the owner) I never met through my experience with them however, He has assembled a top notch crew to deal with musical situations. I was coming in from out of town for my daughter's wedding. Before leaving where I was coming from I already assembled what players I would use for the event. To Whom I'm speaking to, 40 years at music, you know enough to pick quality musicians that can SOUND like you have been playing for years. I had very limited time to pull together rehearsal for the event. Keith has a staff that has crystal clear communicators to understand equipment, timing, and solutions when they arise, dealing with projects. All my team showed up, all equipment in place, count it off, get to work!! It was because the staff I communicated with were all on the same page focused. My experience was such a pleasure of complete professionalism PERIOD!!! The staff has professionalism to adhere to my nuances with gear needed. When they didn't know, their timing to get answers was executed with excellence!!!! So whatever bad reviews you might read, consider this one, THEY KNOW THEIR BUSINESS!! If I'm in this part of L.A. again, They have my business!! Thank You, Gary Sr., Gary Jr., Sam and Keith! Right on Fellas!! read more

Our band, Smokin' Bonez has found a new home. I've already turned many other bands onto MPS and they love it as much as we. Pro studio and staff for Pro people. The rooms are clean, they don't smell like a back ally bar, P.A. is more than decent. but most of all, the sound proofing is extraordinary as compared to other studios. On a scale of 1-10 I give an 11!!! read more

I Went here a couple of times to watch some friends rehearse. It's nice, clean, has decent sized sound proof rooms, & nice decor. It was private and there were no interruptions or distractions. read more
