My phone was dead so I ask the associates working, "Kendall and Monica" if they would be so kind to search their phone for me so I could find out if I was purchasing the correct size or what size I may need! They were so kind and willing to help me! I ended up purchasing 5 different pairs of shoes. I would have not been able to make my purchase without their help. I'm so grateful they went above and beyond with their willingness to help me! Last visit this young fella went around and ask EVERYONE around me if they needed help, and not me. Not that I needed help, but man... made me wonder if I was wearing a hazmat suit and green radioactive foam was oozing out a hole in my suit that was cause by a rabid raccoon that just got bit by a zombie right before it attacked me. And it's not just this last time. It's like 9 out of 10 visits. Nobody talks to me. Yes I'm Asian, but I swear I speak the same language. My last visit, the girl working the cash register was a breath of fresh air. She spoke to me. Nicely. And was helpful. She was so helpful that there was no walking pass her with merchandise out the door without paying. So sucks to lose business because of service, but service is very important to me. Doesn't have to be terrific service. Just good. Or hell even "decent" and I'll still come back. Not here though. I'm done with this place.

Well, I've never had such poor service from Amazon, eBay or even Walmart as this store. They immediately charged my credit card when I ordered a pocketbook for my daughter. When I walked into the store, no one greeted me, which was a little odd. I went on to try on shoes and found one that I like but that they didn't have in my size. They offered to order it. I went ahead and paid and ordered my shoes. I don't mind waiting. They told me it would be in in 1-2 weeks. I came back two weeks later and it still wasn't in. All they said was that the "shipment hadn't arrived and that they would ask the owner." They already had my phone number, so i assumed I would be called if there was an issue. I was patient as I understand that things happen. I stopped by after three weeks and the shoes still weren't in. They gave me the "backorder" statement again. That is ok, but as a local business you need to take care of your customers. I don't care that there is a problem but you need to call and let the individual know and offer them another shoe. I was so upset with my experience that I got my refund and will never recommend this store to anyone. A loyal customer will pay more and wait a little longer if you treat them right. This store, however did not. They will never receive my business again.
