Mixed Experience - Excellent Purchase, Terrible Consignment Service…read moreThe Good - MT-09 Purchase: I purchased an MT-09 from Superbike Showroom and had an amazing experience. Shawn Owens was fantastic - the bike was exactly as described and the entire purchase process was smooth and professional. The Bad - Indian Scout Sixty Consignment Sale: However, selling my 2024 Indian Scout Sixty through them has been an absolute nightmare. Here's the timeline of just trying to get my check: PAYMENT TIMELINE (49+ days and counting): October 3: Victoria confirms check (approximately $2,500) will be sent once title received October 27: I follow up after 24 days of silence October 30: Told check will be prepared "tomorrow" and mailed October 30: Provided my mailing address November 14: Still no check received - requested tracking number (15 days after supposed mailing) November 14: Forwarded to Victoria for Monday follow-up November 18: STILL no check, no tracking, no response from Victoria Major Issues: No tracking number provided despite multiple requests 18+ days since check was allegedly mailed - still haven't received it Poor communication - Victoria never followed up as promised Time-sensitive - I'm leaving the country next week with no resolution Communication delays on other issues: While I understand the odometer discrepancy was ultimately a DMV issue (which can be ignored), it took weeks of back-and-forth just to get clarity on something I flagged back in August - another example of the ongoing pattern of poor communication Bottom Line: Great at selling bikes, terrible at follow-through on consignment sales. If you're buying, you'll probably have a good experience. If you're selling through them, be prepared to chase them for weeks to get your money. Nearly 2 months later, I still don't have my payment and am being sent in circles. Would I recommend? Buy from them - yes. Sell through them - absolutely not.

The work that was done: all the usual stuff for routine service interval, new spark plugs, all new fluids, new chain, new tires, adjust clutch and throttle cables, new air filter... I'm sure I'm missing something else, but that's the bulk of it. Sure, all that set me back a bit, but you definitely get what you pay for. He knocked it out in just a few days, and when I got it back it felt like a brand new bike again. He also advised me of a few recalls still pending, and referred me over to the Elk Grove dealer to get those handled free of charge. The only negative I can even say about this shop is that I found it too late, just weeks before moving out of state. This is the kind of shop you strive to find since you can trust the work and know you're getting what you pay for.

After completing some necessary paperwork, we discussed the issues surrounding the bike. I was impressed with how Clay explained different scenarios and possible situations. Clear and professional all the way through. He promised an update and within a few hours of returning to my office, Clay called with an excellent update. Just waiting on one item and I'm already convinced Pasta Performance will be my go to for my motorcycle needs! Also, what a great name! Who doesn't like "pasta"!

He was not only responsive to my Yelp message request, but when I took my 2016 Yamaha FZ07 into the shop, he was able to do the initial diagnostics within hours of my dropping it off. The work done was efficient, dependable and a great price. I was pleasantly surprised. As a advent rider, I was willing to pay to get my bike back and get back on the road. Truth Motorsports is now saved in my phone for my future motorcycle repair needs. I am choosing this place over Omega moving forward. Customer service is 5 stars as far as I'm concerned. That's a rating I don't give out freely or often. Give this place a serious consideration if you're looking for a great mechanic.

Insurance paid them for the repairs needed a month after i dropped the bike off. Not very responsive, and the best way to get a response was to visit the shop. Every time i talked with them, we were waiting on a part, and the bike would be done next month... it was always some reason why the bike won't be dont till the following month. It just sat in their lot for a full year outside and never touched. So as a year came. I decided to contact my insurance and let them deal with what was going on. The insurance salvaged the bike and made all the following moves that were needed. I wish my experience would have been better. But it was not. Bad communication and bad service. I do not recommend bringing your bike here.
