I was referred to Clay by a good friend and have to say I was not disappointed…read more My '06 Triumph Daytona 675 needed some TLC, and Clay did an excellent job. The work that was done: all the usual stuff for routine service interval, new spark plugs, all new fluids, new chain, new tires, adjust clutch and throttle cables, new air filter... I'm sure I'm missing something else, but that's the bulk of it. Sure, all that set me back a bit, but you definitely get what you pay for. He knocked it out in just a few days, and when I got it back it felt like a brand new bike again. He also advised me of a few recalls still pending, and referred me over to the Elk Grove dealer to get those handled free of charge. The only negative I can even say about this shop is that I found it too late, just weeks before moving out of state. This is the kind of shop you strive to find since you can trust the work and know you're getting what you pay for.

After completing some necessary paperwork, we discussed the issues surrounding the bike. I was impressed with how Clay explained different scenarios and possible situations. Clear and professional all the way through. He promised an update and within a few hours of returning to my office, Clay called with an excellent update. Just waiting on one item and I'm already convinced Pasta Performance will be my go to for my motorcycle needs! Also, what a great name! Who doesn't like "pasta"!

I'm not saying they are a bad shop. But they drop the ball with me. They had my bike for a year and…read morenever touched it. Insurance paid them for the repairs needed a month after i dropped the bike off. Not very responsive, and the best way to get a response was to visit the shop. Every time i talked with them, we were waiting on a part, and the bike would be done next month... it was always some reason why the bike won't be dont till the following month. It just sat in their lot for a full year outside and never touched. So as a year came. I decided to contact my insurance and let them deal with what was going on. The insurance salvaged the bike and made all the following moves that were needed. I wish my experience would have been better. But it was not. Bad communication and bad service. I do not recommend bringing your bike here.

Absolutely do not come here if you expect even the tiniest bit of professionalism. Seriously, read…read moremy review. This is bullsh*t I've had Leon replace my fork seals twice now. The first time was great, second time seemed great also until a few weeks passed and one of the seals was still leaking quite a bit. Talked to Leon and we agreed I'd bring the bike in on the following Saturday for him to look at. I took it in as planned (during business hours) but he wasn't there and didn't answer his phone. I waited an hour and left then came back before closing. Still not there, still no answer. I was worried something happened to him. But no, I finally get in touch with him on Tuesday where he apologizes and says that he forgot that he had a mini-vacation and that I could bring it in the following Saturday. I agreed and can see past the second mistake. It is currently 11:30 on Saturday (been here for 15 minutes). He's not here and not answering his phone. This is three strikes. I was hoping to do one more trackday this season but now I've got to get the tools to do fork seals on my own in order to do the job right. So I'm missing out on the ~$200 he charged me to do it wrong. I'm missing out on the 3 ish hours I've waisted putting the bike on the trailer, driving out here and waiting. I'm missing out on a trackday. And I'm missing out on whatever the fork seal tools cost, and my time to redo the job he did wrong.
