Currently active…read morefedelis members with some issues with our providers names on the card and Dr. BEnoY is refusing us service unless we pay immediately because shes got some bug up her butt that I had to leave the practice briefly due to getting better prenatal care for myself. The cards with her name on it are currently being mailed to us. I cant rush that... but to turn my kids away because you won't get paid right away????? Money hungry!!! I have active insurance. Stop trying to make a quick buck!! Ill tell you what this is really about though. I had no clue that my kids hmo would change too...I wanted better prenatal care for myself earlier in the year. So I switched my hmo and it switched my kids too. Sad and upset....I asked the receptionist to have her call me so I could talk to her regarding this and let her know that I wanted to return. I never got a call. Then this past Saturday....I have a recorded phone call from one of her receptionists asking me why I wanted to return to the office. Leena...lady...be real...you couldn't ask me yourself ? You couldn't reach out after we were patients there for 5 years ???? Why are you acting like we are strangers ??????? Oh...because its all business to you $$$$$$ your eyes are two huge dollar signs. You are a greedy, money hungry disgusting human! If something happens to my daughter , you are 100% going to hear from my lawyer for turning us away despite having coverage. You very well could've made this work however chose not to...and refused to even come and talk to me yourself to boot. Just kept sending your nurses in instead. I will never be returning to this practice and will caution others about what took place here today. How sad of a person you are . **editing my review to add...I just spoke to the insurance i have ...fedelis care. They stated that this is a personal preference by the provider. They said being that there was a mix up with the provider listed on the account in the portal...Nurture pediatrics could file a claim to still be paid for this visit. This is a PERSONAL VENDETTA. PROOF of how petty some people can be. I stand by my decision in saying that this in unethical...negligent and goes against your Hippocratic oath!! By no means did you put my daughters health and wellbeing first. Gross. **

I left the voicemail and waited for a week, but no call back. So I called again and left the voicemail again. Another week goes by, but no callback. I called 3rd time and this time talked with the representative instead of leaving the message. I was told to leave voicemail and someone will call in 3 days. Told her that I already left 2 voicemails and it has been more than 2 weeks, but have not got any callbacks. Immediately her response changed. I was told that they are very busy and to try again scheduling an appointment after 2 months. If you are this busy, why are you even asking prospective new patients to provide details and leave a voicemail ? Just let them know you are not needed. My friends have shared similar horror stories about scheduling appointment at this location. I do understand that some doctors are busy, but have never heard anyone asking patients to call back after 2 months to check if the practice can schedule an appointment.

Both Doctors are wonderful with my kids from infancy to adolescence. And they are great with me as well by offering reassurance because as a parent sometimes we need to hear that we are raising good kids. I always walk out of that office feeling better as do my children. Their brand new office is kid friendly, clean, and organized. Their staff is always smiling, friendly and courteous. I never have difficulty getting an appointment if my child is sick. If you are in the Hillsboro or Manville area this is an easy commute for you. I live 40 minutes away, but well worth the commute when you trust your child's doctors.

Even after I moved across the country to California this winter, over 2,000 miles away, she continued to check up on me and offered me medical advice when I needed it because I had not found a new doctor yet in my new location. Dr. Jiang's staff is also very friendly and nice. Whatever requests I make, they always try to accomodate me, whether it's scheduling me an appointment on the same day that I requested it or passing on a question to ask the doctor for me.     I brought my daughter to this office on June 1, 2026, with a severe stomach virus. Before we even…read morearrived, I called multiple times and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. Ironically, when I later returned to pick up medical records, I overheard staff being reprimanded for not answering calls, so this clearly isn't an isolated issue. The biggest problem throughout this experience was the front desk receptionist. She was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. During my daughter's sick visit, I was told she might not be seen because my debit card on file had been replaced--even though my children have active Medicaid. Thankfully, the doctor agreed to see my daughter, but that conversation should never have happened. After receiving my replacement card, I contacted the office explaining that, due to financial hardship, I was uncomfortable keeping a card on file because I couldn't risk unexpected charges. Since I was told my children wouldn't be seen without one, I requested copies of their medical records. Communication was poor from the start. I repeatedly had to follow up just to receive responses, and although I was told the records would be emailed, they never were. When I finally picked up the records, my daughter's vaccination records were missing. I was then informed the office had never followed up with the previous provider despite having nearly a year to do so. When I calmly asked why I had never been notified, I was met with a dismissive attitude, inappropriate comments, and a complete lack of professionalism. It wasn't until I mentioned pursuing legal action that the office finally took the records request seriously. Dr. Jiang has always provided excellent medical care to my children, and I have no complaints about her as a physician. Unfortunately, the front office experience overshadows that. Poor communication, difficulty obtaining records, unanswered phones, and unprofessional treatment of patients have left me with little confidence in this practice. One final observation: after reading this practice's responses to other negative reviews, the person handling them often comes across as defensive and combative rather than genuinely addressing patients' concerns. Constructive criticism should be met with professionalism and accountability, not hostility. That pattern only reinforces the experience I had. The medical care is good, but the customer service needs significant improvement

In my opinion, Dr. Auletta is "one of a kind" - make an appointment now! You won't be disappointed. Also, I would like to admonish Dr. Auletta's receptionist, Reyna Hernandez who always does a fantastic job welcoming and making you feel comfortable and "at home" which could be very difficult when going to any doctor's office when you think you have a serious medical problem.
