There was an issue with a form filled out incorrectly at the hospital and had this not been corrected, I would have had to take my two week old to a hospital...during flu season! Needless to say I was worried and very upset about the err. Meanwhile, Minna at the front desk went above and beyond to contact the state, the hospital and take detailed records. She righted the wrong and saved me the aggravation, worry and frustration of taking my newborn to the hospital. I really liked the office to begin with but this act of kindness really made me feel like I picked the right place to take my child.

Appointments are carefully taken - for example: my newborn has never had to sit in an office full of sick children. She's always been the only one in the office or maybe one other kid in another room. Never in the waiting area. Wait time is only a few minutes. In times of constant illness (the daycare years) her office always accommodates our needs. This includes the emergency after hours line in which Dr. Gordina will call you back herself to make sure her patient is ok and assists with what's needed. The nurses did not know how to follow the vaccine routine made for kids which led to them giving wrong vaccines and neither the parents or any higher authorities were informed of the mistakes even after the manager found out about these incidents. In addition, some of the nurses fail to understand simple blood reports and make decisions based on them. Their negligence has caused many kids to get sick.
