She is a decent, old fashion doctor. It has my primary physician for a few years and address all my issues diligently.

I will WARN you, NOT to spend your time of money, or TRUST your health to this doctor. First, the…read morewhen I went to this Dr, for an appointment... I had to sit and wait 2 hours to even see the doctor (that is WITH an appointment). When I finally see the doctor, she was rude and condescending and would try to talk over you and interrupt you and not listen to what you are trying to say. After that, she was rude, and extremely stubborn when discussing the insurance company and how payments would be handled - and when on the phone with my insurance provider, she was rude to the insurance provider as well. After that, when I went to go fill my prescription at CVS... there was a hold on my medicine because the insurance company needed paperwork from the Doctor before they would release it for me to pick it up. There was paperwork that this doctor had to fill out and send in to the insurance company for me to be able to receive my medication. I called the doctor, and she said it would take a minimum of 24 hours. I said okay no problem. Here it is a week later, and I still do not have my medication. We have been calling back and fourth from the doctors office to the insurance provider - and the doctors office keeps hanging up on us, refuses to listen to good orderly direction when WE and the insurance provider AS WELL as the pharmacy has told and explained to them WHAT TO DO... They refuse to offer any customer service PERIOD. It has been a complete nightmare dealing with this service. Dr. Mona Doshi and her secretary are both EXTREMELY rude and what they are doing is gross negligence. I am reporting the doctor to the NJ board of medical examiners. I am also reporting the practice to nj consumer affairs. It was a nightmare experience, and for all of you out there. I truly hope that you can avoid this doctor, and I truly hope that this review will help steer you away from these people. Go to a real doctor and get the help you need. I wish you all the best of luck, stay healthy and happy... but most importantly, stay away from Dr. Doshi. -Respectfully yours.

People, PLEASE DONT GO THERE, FIND A NEW PLACE TO GO WHERE THEY TREAT LIKE A HUMAN BEIN NOT LIKE DOLLAR Simbol.

Yesterday, we had to go for a "sick" visit and can not say enough about the excellent care he received. My son has Autism and we've had previous experiences elsewhere when the Dr or therapist has been nervous around him at first since they don't know what to expect and its understandable. My son picks up on that and it saddens him since he does know he is different but awesome of course! Yesterday, everyone treated him like they would every other patient and he loved it! From the Nurse Practitioner to the Dr (he did not see either of them in the fall so they did not know him) but talked to directly to him and not me which made him feel respected. They also have a separate entrance for sick patients that takes you right into the room you will be treated in which was nice to see. Glad we found this practice

Got there at 9am when they opened, there was allot of patients in the waiting area. The recepionist announced that the nurse will be late, allot of patients left because they didn't want to wait the 45 minutes that it would take the nurse to arrive. Thankfully my wife was able to see the doctor. After our visit, she told me that the Dr. was great, it was the staff that we had the issue with. When Checking-out the receptionist was distracted by a co-worker who was asking where the 7-11 was, she totally stopped the process of checking us out, and proceeded to inform her co-worker of where the 7-11 was. I had to interupt their conversation and put them in their place. I will never come back to this place, I would rather drive 10 miles down 22 to another, even though this is in my town.

Receptionist gave wiseass remarks to customer questions and was too busy playing with their iphones and ordering ice cream from Carvel than to properly look up my insurance information. Equally rude at check-out when I had to wait for her to finish her non-medical related side conversation with other office staff so I could pay co-pay. Even then, was too busy playing with her phone than to look at me and pay any attention. Follow-up phone calls with another receptionist resulted in a sassy attitude and directed me straight to voicemail when I asked to check on status of my lab results. Waited an hour, was not even allowed to see doctor, only a nurse. I saw the same nurse putzing around hallway while I suffered through the total wait time of over an hour, inclusive of the time in the waiting area and in the examination room. It's almost as if they're trying to stall to create an artificial wait. Nurse violently took throat culture, with little regard to making the process less painful. Did not provide a professional evaluation using insight and expertise. Only did what I requested - nothing else in terms of thinking or brain power. I pay for expert analysis, not only simple lab tests. Will never go here again.
