Her massage is so good my wife and myself have standing appointments every 2 weeks to make sure we can get our fix! I get a relaxing massage that knocks me out and my wife more of a corrective massage. I think the massage is so good because her technique is very unique, she told me it's called "Mel-ssage" lol! Mel has a mobile massage and a nice office in one of the RSD medical buildings on Lake Otis. Mel is friendly and demeanor is great, if you're looking for a great professional massage I recommend you treat yourself!

He worked specifically on my sciatica issues and made such a difference in how I was feeling. Sergei gave me one of the most relaxing massages I've had in years--I left feeling completely refreshed. Lori shows so much genuine care and compassion for her patients, and you can tell she truly wants them to feel their best. Braden has also been an important part of my recovery after my car accident, and I'm so thankful for the care and attention he has given me. And Dr. Connie is hands down one of the most knowledgeable chiropractors I have ever been treated by. Her expertise, attention to detail, and continued work with me have made such a difference in my recovery. The Eagle River team has an amazing combination of knowledge, skill, and genuine compassion. I'm so grateful for everything they've done to help me feel better and continue my recovery. I highly recommend this team!

As a patient of over 1,000 appts related to my personal chronic neck and jaw conditions I can attest to her unique ability to reach hard to treat places. Elite was a life saver! This place was recommended to me by a massage therapist. Called when they…read morefirst opened to see if there were same day appt and there was! Place is clean and simple/peaceful. It looks like there's chair massage up front. They offer couples massage also. I was led to a room to undress and lay face down. The therapist asked if I liked medium or hard pressure so I told her my preference. She did a great job with where I need it to be hard vs medium. Warning - at some point the therapist is likely to get on the bed to grab the bars on the ceiling to massage you with their leg/feet! This isn't unheard of in Asian massages but more novel for Western massage. Barefoot massage has broken that barrier for Alaska I think - and let me tell you it feels good, especially if you need that additional pressure. Surprisingly, only minor soreness after given the pressure she used. They take credit card too!

I'm giving this company a one-star review because of their poor customer service - not the massage…read more(we never got that far). I bought my husband a birthday present for a 60-minute massage. He was late to his appointment exactly 15 minutes (he works in Wasilla and was driving from there). We both attempted to call starting at 5:30p to let the therapist know he was on his way. When he showed up, the lights and door were shut. I received an email that was very condescending and humiliating pretty much insinuating that we looked like "scammers" (yes, she called me that). Never once did anyone call us - not one single phone call. And on the day we were late, the therapist never called or checked messages. Just left and charged us the full amount. I am appalled at the way they handled this. This isn't about the money. This is about making a new client feel down right humiliated. I'm still in shock at how rude they were in their email and the fact that they never responded back to me. Shame on you for treating a new client like this.
