In the meantime, before filing for insolvency with Stag Motorcycles, they set up a new company called Radhouse, also selling ebikes/parts, the real legal name is FIKKA COMMERCE LTD. Super fishy. Avoid at all costs! They took several thousand quid off me. I didn't get my money or my ebike back. A complete scam.

I'm certainly not new to bikes and needed a quick fix (i was visiting a friend and had no tools on me). He takes a quick look at it and tells me I should most certainly dump it and get a new one. Something I happen to know as utter rubbish. I won't go on a rant about that situation. Long story short, a less knowledgeable costumer would've done what he suggested, and spent a fortune on a new bike. That is not costumer service and, quite frankly, a fairly dishonest thing to do. It arrived in one day. Their prices are very good, they don't charge for shipping, and they ship unbelievably quickly. I haven't been there in person, but if they are as friendly and responsive in shop as they are by email it'd be worth the hour and a half train ride from where I am now.

It is more of a functional shop catering to people who are using their bike to get places rather than purely for exercise or sport. I am an amateur runner just starting out but they also seem to cater for all runners including the much more advanced than me! This didnt stop them advising me on what shoes were appropriate for me without making me feel like I wasnt important to them, as some athletic shops do if you are not part of the elite. They also have a rather impresive running machine that they can film you to chech your running style.
