The bike came back with the gears out of line and the front and rear mechs completely bent. When questioned why the gears were still fouling (as this was something I had paid to have rectified) I was told by the resident hipster that his bike made that noise too so it must be fine. If businesses prospered on unjustified arrogence and a commission structure based on how many times you can drop words like "shred" into general conversation then I am sure they will do just fine. However they won't be getting my business again.
