Considering I can be a fussy nightmare of a customer I was surprised to see a comment about after sales service, surely a blip or misunderstanding? I've found Jonny and team to go that extra mile or hundred to make sure everything's ok. Rechecking wheels, charging systems and even sending me out spare spokes not only once (missed them in Morocco), but twice while on tour in Africa. In the end it was only one spoke that broke and I was being overly cautious. To sum up, exceptional service, outstanding range and my go to shop for anything custom built.

Asking me to pay again (basically pay twice)for a helmet and bike lock which I paid for in store, Lewis from the office emailed me and suggested that they keep that amount from any monies paid backto me re the cost of the helmet and lock, even though I paid for these items in the shop. So effectively I would be paying twice for the Cube Helmet and the On Guard bike lock! Really regret going there, and feel like I have made a massive mistake. I was not afforded the right to test ride the bike, despite on my initial visit seeing another chap taking a bike out and then returning and chatting to staff with his feedback re the folding bike he rode.

And I was in luck - there's pink branded EVERYTHING to be had here from flasks to towels. Quite obviously not a gym member, I felt pretty self conscious in this Bath store next to the other die-hard sport fanatic customers who seemed to be very seriously whilst buying sportswear. (And the ladies in Bath seem to take their sport VERY seriously) The shop assistants, however, were lovely and politely laughed while I explained the significance of the Sweaty Betty socks I was buying. The clothes in SB were feminine and practical but carried a hefty price tag. Only worth a visit if you're serious about sport. Or have a mum called Betty too.
