I come here usually for the $12 express exterior car wash. It's quick even if there is a line of cars. It's not a touch less car wash which I like. It gets my car all shiny again. I am here often with our three vehicles and they do a great job. The inside area, rest rooms, and floors are spotless. The outside lot and free vacuum equipment are meticulously maintained. Management/owner, more often than not on premises, seems to me to demand high standards along with attention to detail.......translates into a clean car inside and out. When we called to make sure it was there we were told "well we need the number to make sure we have it because we have several" Seriously? Several plates? This place is a joke. Poorly staffed and almost impossible to get info from anyone. Used to take my car here years ago and it was great. Now it is not. Recently took my wife's *BRAND NEW* (black) car here for a wash. I opted for the higher level wash and the wash was great! The fact that they used the same towels to dry the wheels as the paint, was not. That's right, no change between doing the wheels and painted surfaces of the car. Needless to say, I've had to take her car to a professional detailing business to have all the SWIRL MARKS & SCRATCHES buffed out. $250 later.. I'll continue taking all my vehicles elsewhere. Beyond disappointed and very frustrated. The only reason you'll see a line at this place is because they sell themselves as the "$5 carwash" place. First and last time I will have my truck washed here. First of all, they didn't push my mirrors in and my driver side mirror was scratched going through the car wash. This happened after I watched the truck in front of me get their mirrors pushed in. Worst of all was the customer service. Peter was very rude, obnoxious, and condescending. He talks to customers like they're idiots; staring and shaking his head at them, demanding actions from the customers. The wash and cleaning job was mediocre at best as well. Came to bring my van for a wash when a short man with gray sweat shirt and gray cap hit the hood of my car and yelled at me to pull over because there were cars behind me! Which there was but there was cars in front of me and no where for me to go! I had my son 7 old son in my car that jumped and I did pull over a little and the guy walked away. I pulled up and walked inside and he was on his cell phone so I waited and when he got off the phone I asked him nicely what was the reason for him to hit my hood and he said "no reason at all" and I said " patience is a virtue" and he said "I have patience 10 hrs a day" and walked away no I'm sorry no nothing! I've been getting car washes here every week since they opened but over the last month when I go through the wash it doesn't clean the middle of the car. The brushes that do that part are missing. I got tired of it and told the manager and the guy told me I need to buy more expensive washes so they will do it by hand. That was the wrong response. They lost a loyal customer. read more

I can't even give this place 1 star. Today while in the car wash Bay, the car in front of us jumped the rollers, and the front end of our car hit it. We told the owner that this happened, and he told us to find the driver of the car and go through their insurance. What?? We were both being pushed by your rollers, how is this either of our fault. I paid my eight bucks for a mid-level wash at 11 this morning (6/30/14). I pulled in as the attendant waved me in. Then he shouted at me "Come on!, Let's go!, COME ON! FASTER! - Rude in my opinion, I'm not going to race onto the track and mess up my car. The wash was weak and I pulled up as usual to get dried off and the attendant said they no longer do that. I left with streaks on my car, making in look worse than when I came in. I don't know if there was a change in management or just people who don't care about good customer service.
