Passing through Palm Desert, gassing at Costco for the ride home, Raceway had a QR code for a free premium wash. Scan the QR code and a bar code pops up in your text messages. A very kind young woman in the "full service" lane checked me in and a young guy on the other end of the wash toweled my car off. Can't beat a free car wash. Thanks, Raceway! read more

Friendly, good quality wash, excellent suction on the vacuums, complimentary detail towels, compressed air. I'll come back.

I stumbled across this car wash today and I am happy with my experience! They offered a free exterior wash on their site. The vacuum is free and they also provide towels and a free air freshener that I wasn't expecting was also a part of the deal. I will for sure come back for my next wash. read more

I had my car cleaned there and when I came out to wipe it down, my hood had a large machine type scrape. there was a man named Marcos there and I told him about it and he said the manager was not there I gave my phone number and name. The next day I went back and spoke to a girl working there and she said the manager was not in but she needed the receipt. I went home and went back with the receipt, the car wash was shut down as they had to repair. to this day I have not heard from the manager. I have a beautiful black Lexus ES350. I am sick about it!!! read more

This is a rip-off. Paid $50. for headlight restoration. Completed job: One headlight looked brand new, the other just like it arrived: yellowed and sun-damaged. One employee lied about who the manager was, did not know the name of the present owner company or where it was located. Finally, a person came up who I assume was the real manager and said she was sorry about the issue. Took information and said a claim would be filed with Raceway Guest Services. Employees did not know where the company was located. Said their checks came from Arizona. Tools were left on my finder when work was being done and chipped the paint on my car. read more

Had a great experience after 4th of July. They were very short staffed and Sabrina was running the whole wash herself. She had a great attitude and was running back and forth to help every customer. I appreciate when staff can pivot and still keep a smile. read more

No help. Cheapest car wash now is $30. That is a discount price Long wait Used to be my go to car wash but no more read more

Quick exterior wash and outstanding monthly full service. Best value, love it!! Highly recommend it.

Do Not recommend Go somewhere else learn from our mistakes/experiences coming here My in laws are in their late 60's and took their 1 month old 2025 truck here for a 45.00 wash We all were out to get lunch in their truck The truck wasn't horribly dirty with small amounts of sand and crumbs of food in the cabin Wash didn't clean everything , which is expected with machine washes , yet the doors and lower panels windshield and grill were still very dirty Inside it's very easy to move around and clean They "vacuumed" and "cleaned" very sloppily There was sand still on the floor Crumbs were left in areas where the vacuum could easily access Smudges left on windshield They didn't want to go back and get a refund or to get the truck cleaned correctly they figured lesson learned and won't be going back here 45.00 wash plus 10.00 tip for this is embarrassing read more

First time using this car wash since the new owners and I really couldn't be more disappointed. The prices increased and the service is non-existent. I paid for wheel/tire treatment and the attendant just sprayed something on the tires and wheels over the top of the remaining dirt that didn't come off in the wash. No more towel dry, just a waste of your money. Go somewhere else. read more

First time visit to this car wash. After leaving the car wash we realized the tire valve was broken clean off the tire. We went back to the car wash to talk them about it, their staff decided to be dishonest by telling us they had warned us about the tire valves. While trying to get the tire repaired, we were informed this is a common incident at this particular car wash. I would not recommend this car wash to a friend. read more

DO NOT WASH YOU CAR HERE!!!!!!!! WILL BREAK PIECES OF YOUR CAR AND THEN DENY LIABILITY. You will be sorry if you spend any money There! They denied a claim after breaking my sidewall of my truck tundra which I purchased on the lot, and they're claiming it was an after addition. And therefore they don't owe for the replacement, so I highly recommend nobody ever go there. read more

BEWARE: Never sign up for their monthly car wash plans. Cancelling via text apparently doesn't work and they don't give refunds for any reason even if you don't use the service at all. read more

Do not use this car wash. I had a membership when it changed ownership and it has become terrible since Raceway took over. They stopped hand drying your vehicle, and all of the other services that should be included with my membership (air freshner, spraying down the vehicle before wash and tire cleaning after the wash) we all compeltely hit or miss if I received them. The icing on the cake is they stopped taping down rear wiper blades. I have not issues for 1.5 years and then yesterday they didn't tape down my rear wiper blade and the car wash compeltely ripped off the wiper blade from my vehicle. The manger was a very young female who was compeltely unsympathetic and rude. The only thing she would do for me with cancel my membership. They would rather loose a membership than pay for a $30 repair. Happy to take my business elsewhere. read more

Horrible service, job not being done and asking for $300 for a car wash and detailing. Ripe off and I tried to give them a second chance but won't be back again read more

Just changed owners. Our previous monthly package included a quick dry. They took that away now you have to get out and wipe your own car down. I was gladly paying 3-$5 tip to the dryer. I cancelled our membership last week. read more

This place is a joke the only reason we went there is because it's close and we was in a hurry ! The old car wash sold there soul to the corporate morons so now it's run down nothing in the empty building it's sad sad sad a completely shitty place what a joke go to the PINK ELEPHANT they are professional they are the true car wash people I feel like I threw away 35 dollars on this shit hole I wish I could give negative stars read more

$20 buck for car wash now & they don't wipe the water off the windows or paint unless you pay more. They will provide towels for you to get out & do it yourself. I won't be going back. The wash isn't that great either. read more

Customer Service is becoming strained as they are attempting to set higher prices on the products used to wash your vehicle. We have been charged twice for the month of February and since they no longer offer in house customer help, you (we) are set in a difunctional phone process, telling us a manager will be in touch and they never follow up. They seem to be confused as to how to care care of simply matters. read more

Look at the low number of stars this place gets from over 1000 people. That alone speaks for this business and how horrible it is. New owners recently took it over and jacked up the prices to an outrageous amount of money, especially for their members. And they took away member benefits with those memberships that were one of the main reasons we chose to come here. Well, our membership is getting canceled after today. Not only are their prices outrageous but their services have gone downhill, especially their detailing services. Thank God there's lots of other choices in the area for better service! read more

Use to be my go to car wash. Will not be going back. Their prices have increased alot and quality has also gone down. They do not bother to dry the vehicle anymore resulting in water spots being left behind and the whole thing was just a waste of money. read more

The car washes are fine. They are shady in how they sell memberships. I was in line for a car wash when two employees solicited me for a one month membership at a reasonable cost. They did not disclose that it would automatically renew it a much higher price the next month, Nor did they provide a copy of the slip, which I signed, thinking it was a sales slip, which one often signs at a merchant location. Clearly, they did not want to disclose that after the initial month you would be automatically charged at a much higher rate. On the first day of the second month, when I noticed the credit card charge at a much higher rate, I contacted the company but they refused to credit me for the charge made that day, even though I had not again used their services.BEWARE! Decent car wash. Horrible and misleading customer service. read more

Be very cautious giving Raceway your credit card. I checked my card last week and had $140 of fraudulent charges on it, all to Raceway. When I tried to contact the District Manager, Arianna she would not return my call. read more

It started out with a new owner. Everything seemed to get a lot better. Now the employees are starting the same thing of being on their phones all the time and seeing how quick they can get a car through as of now they are starting to spray armor all on the tires rather than putting it on with a brush, so all of your rim gets completely covered with armor all it took 20 minutes today for me to do all my rims and get the oily armor all off of the rims, which they did not even get the armor all on the tires on one of the tires, but the all four rims got a real good spray of armor all Like I said it took me 20 minutes just to clean the armor all off the rims. Would not recommend it if they're in that big hurry and they don't care about shooting armor all all over your rims so they can save five seconds rather than brushing it on the tire rather than spraying it on the rims. I will be canceling my monthly service as I don't need to be in a big rush to get out of there just so they can get back on their phones. PS don't armor all my rims and leave half the tires with no armor all at all what a joke read more

This used to be a great car wash but now a corporation has taken over and turned it into a money extraction machine. You now pay stratospheric prices and get crappy service. How crappy? I tried to sign up for one of their monthly plans but the staff kept running around, fiddling with the computer, trying to do 3 things at once. After 10 minutes I got out my car, grabbed my credit card and went somewhere else. They don't even hand dry your car like they used to unless you subscribe to their premium service. I'm never going there again. read more
