Then I go there tonight and it is on the screen to order milkshakes so I put my order in and the girl came up to us and said oh, we can't do the milkshakes now we already tore down the machine. When I told her I already put my order in on the machine she told us that it was a mistake it shouldn't have been on there. Like how is it the customer's fault that you didn't update the machine? She was very rude about it. I understand not being able to do something after a certain time, but we got there before the time they stopped doing milkshakes. The least they could do is update their computer system so that way customers don't order something and get told that they cancel the order. Especially after we've waited 15 to 20 minutes on our order to be told we're not getting it. Then my husband was accused of stealing a sandwich, because he grabbed one from the hot case and put it down to go grab a drink from the cooler and when he came back the sandwich was gone. A manager came out and asked him where he put it, if it was in his pocket. My husband said no I placed it down right here, pointing to the counter, and now it's gone. She went back into the office and looked at the cameras and saw an apparent homeless man come in and take the sandwich and walk out. No apology for accusing him of stealing, all she said was well I guess I accused the wrong person. And walked away. This Wawa location has poor customer service, poor management, and not very accommodating to customers.

I happen to come on the Sunday they had an offer for "free weekend". So they had some cool goodies for me signing up. I got a nice gift bag from the front and another from the pharmacy... u also got a $5 coupon from the optical shop. Vivian at the desk was amazing!! So sweet, kind and caring. She really made my sign up easy and fun. Now, I did have an issue. I snagged my new jacket on a sharp piece on their cart ... when I talked to the manager, Kristen, she advised I can try to take it to a seamstress and bring the receipt back to them. If the seamstress can't fix it, bring the jacket receipt back to them. So I will do that. I hope a seamstress can fix it, because it would be a nice win-win, since the jacket is $140. Anyway, I really liked this place, the people who worked here, all the goodies they gave away and the delicious strawberries. I'll be back!!! I've been coming to this Cumberland Farms since the first week they opened up. It's in the perfect…read morelocation on Minton Road, don't have to go too far up or down to the nearest main roads. Given the amount of new subdivisions off of the Minton Road, this is a plus. The outside is very spacious. Even on the busiest days, I've never felt congested trying to get to a gas pump. There's also plenty of parking spaces around the convenience store (at least compared to most the convenience stores in the area). On the inside, I've been greeted by an employee on every visit. The store is either clean, or there is someone out on the floor keeping it clean. There is a dedicated "cold room" for beer and alcohol. From what I can see, most of the major brands of beer are represented. I have never witnessed as shortage of snacks or candy, the selection is pretty standard. If you find yourself on Minton Road, between US 192 and Palm Bay Road, with the need for gasoline or just some ice cream, this is the gas station you should stop at.
