I stopped in for some refreshments for me and fuel fkr the vehicle and we both walked (drove?) away happily satisfied. The place itself has five parking spots, six with the disabled (?) parking spot and was very clean both inside and out. Theres all kinds of specials and 40 cents off per gallon if you join their program which feels like a solid deal considering the prices of everything these days. It's easy to recognize these guys they always seem to have the best locations and a very beautiful and efficient designed store staffed with a well trained staff and management team it looks like they are building a strong presence wherever they go. Arriving mid afternoon this place was busy, it seemed that every customer that left two more arrived - this is a busy intersection and the layout was built to handle the traffic. I fueled and paid at the pump so I had no interaction with the staff but the foot traffic showed these guys are talking care of business inside. The gas prices were competitive and the exterior of the property was well maintained showing this brand hires people that care - this is definitely a Wawa I'd return to in the future...

I was going to get an ICEE drink yesterday, when I walked in and saw the sign saying they were giving free fountain drinks on April 13th to all reward members. I could not say no to that Free Offer, so I got my drink, a snack and off I went. The young lady working at the register was the nicest person, very friendly and very patient while I tried to get my rewards card number up on my mobile APP. Great customer service experience.

Several years ago, I tried to fill the air in my tires here. The machine happily took my money. And…read morenothing happened. So I asked the employee if the machine was broken. With no hesitation, they said yes. I asked if they could refund the money I had put in, and they said no. When I asked why they had not put a sign on the machine, they made it clear that they would not do that. Was communicating with customers that unreasonable a request? I decided never to go there again, even though it is the most convenient station on my daily drive. Cut to today. I needed gas and thought I would give them another try, because who doesn't deserve a second chance? Other cars were getting gas, so I figured everything would be okay. I pulled up to the pump, put my card in, and waited. And waited. After about five minutes, I walked into the store and asked if there was a problem on Pump 7. No, no problem! So I went back out. And waited. Several other cars had come in, gotten gas, and left. Finally, I gave up and left. And no, it was not user error or banking issues--my card worked just fine at the competent gas station I visited next. Final answer? 0 out of 10. Do not recommend. What a disappointment! Save yourself the trouble and drive on down the road.
