I found myself looking for Milo's tea for someone and popped in... they didn't have but I got a few other things I needed. I then went to another store to get the tea and, everything that I just purchased was significantly cheaper. This store was clean and there were zero carts in the parking lot - they were all inside for customers to use. When I went to check out the lady "helping" all the customers jumped on me, "hit pay hit pay!!" Lady, calm down, I don't even have my wallet out yet - I literally had to tell her that. She said "I stand here all day telling people that". Ok - noted... if I'm in the mood for check- out service with a dose of anxiety I know where to go - haha.

You are not given a delivery window not even morning vs afternoon. My Mom uses the small portable tanks for drs visits. Her neuropathy in her feet prevents her from standing and walking much and in her older years she refuses to answer the door. Honestly I don't think she hears it. She can be home alone with no worries. Without a delivery window we need to make sure someone is home all day waiting on the oxygen. They are supposed to call when they are on the way, they do not. When I call to have a refill ready for me to pick up they say no no no we will deliver it today. They maybe one of the oldest in the county but their customer service and caring is sub par. Very disappointed am investigating other oxygen supply companies.

They said we needed all the office notes with the doctors signature on it. I provided them with that I formation and it still wasn't enough. The doctors staff said that this has never happened before. The prescription was always enough. I think that Browning's new policy is to discourage insurance claims and have the customer pay out of pocket for the equipment. Go somewhere else that will provide quality service and genuine help. These employees either don't care or they are stuck with a policy that punishes the patient. Waste your time if you need something from them.

I have been a pet owner for my entire life (61 years) and have never had a problem with a pharmacy until I had the misfortune of dealing with this one. The antibiotics were supposed to last for 10 days and they only lasted for eight, then they tried to blame me for giving my pet too much. No, that's not true, abusive gaslighters. There were at least three times that they shorted the prescriptions so I now boycott this company and they will never see me again. Please use Walgreens, CVS, Publix, Walmart, anything except this company. If you MUST use this pharmacy, I suggest you have them measure or weigh out the prescription in front of you so you can be assured you're getting what you pay for and the amount your pet needs. Shame on SP for deceptive and abusive practices. You can't go out of business soon enough for me.
