I don't know the people or employees there but it's the same people everyday for over a year now and that's really nice. Running a convenience store is hard and not for just anyone to take on as a profession. But the employees at this location have taken their job seriously and it shows. Finally there is at least one place in Forney that seems to be not "stuck in the woods" if you know what I mean. Forney is in need of more intelligent infrastructure and I think we need to vote on a new commissioner and mayor and anyone else responsible for the lack of urgency as this is the fastest growing county in the entire USA. Look it up. Get it together government officials. I'm pressing to have you relieved of your overpaid jobs so someone else can come in and do the right job you won't for this town. I apparently was standing at the wrong register because when the employee came out from hiding and talking on the phone, instead of telling me he would check me out or asking how we're doing, he just shrugged his hands and looked at us like we're were idiots. The only reason this location is getting even one star is simply because of its location to my…read morehouse. Otherwise, everything else about it is terrible. It is never stocked. When you walk in the door and try to turn right, the area is blocked off by pallets so you can't get through. When you go to check out and put in your number for rewards, the cashiers click away from the screen so fast so you cannot use your rewards (I have been noticing them do this throughout the last few years- different cashiers, too-- like they're TRAINED to do it). The workers are rude. The parking lot is always trashed and dirty. The hot dog area is also always dirty and really disgusting. The trashes outside by the pumps are constantly overflowing. When you start to pump gas, it starts to charge you before gas even begins to come out (I've seen it get to 20 cents before without having pumped a drop of gas into my tank). And to top it all off- on free small slushee day (7/11) they mark their machines as "out of order" but, conveniently, the next day it's working again. Every year? Please. Avoid this location AT ALL COSTS

When she returned w/ them I immediately sent her back to return them, the husky voiced woman informed her those were the lights & silver were Ultra Lights !! Any Marlboro smoker can tell u red is for shorts gold is for 100's & silver for lights, she told her fine, her employer wanted the silver box. She was told she can't take them back they may have been tampered with even though they're inside a perfectly sealed carton !!! And... She had been in the store 5 minutes prior also, you can clearly see the carton is unopened ! So now I can either flush $85 or smoke stronger cigarettes than I prefer. My family did a lot of business @ this store but that won't be the case in the future !
