****FRAUD SKIMMERS AT GAS PUMPS ****…read more Let me preface by saying, I rarely use my debit card. Because of this, if I ever have any fraud concerns, it's easy to narrow down where the fraud may have occurred. Upon pulling up to this gas station, I noticed that out of the 4 lanes available, two were out of order, forcing you to use *specific* lanes for your gas. After parking and approaching the pump, I noticed there was a handwritten note taped up that read "Debit Card Only". I had immediate concerns with using my card at this gas station, but it was late and my car was almost empty. I tried to remain postive and proceeded with paying and pumping my gas. The following day, I had over $600 in fraud charges on my debit card. If it wasn't for my bank contacting me regarding the charges, I would have never known. Just a forewarning, if possible, avoid this gas station. If you have no choice, pay in cash.

The people that own and operate this location are very dishonest and shady. I had went to this…read morelocation to rent a U-Haul because they were "authorized dealers". Getting a truck was painless... however, bringing the truck back and expecting to pay for CORRECT amount was painful. I had used 65 miles only but they had "somehow" added an additional 100 miles and wanted me to pay additional $100. (.99cent/per mile!!) The clerk put on the paper that the actual miles before we took the truck out was 100 miles less than what was actually on the truck. I refused to pay for 100 extra miles and they accused me of trying to CHEAT them. So I got on my phone and began to call my lawyer to see my options. The clerk stepped out to go "check" the miles again, comes back and gets on the phone and then tells me, "you're right. we wont charge you 100 miles extra." Seriously? Just like that? They had also lied to me that the truck had to be returned to them instead of leaving it to the nearest U-Haul station. Bringing it back means more miles = more money. I have read other reviews about this location on Yahoo and Google, and it seems like these shady practices have gotten several other people as well over the pass few years. Do yourself a favor and find an actual U-Haul service station, not some "authorized dealer" such as this location. Save yourself the time and the headache and possibly the money they will scam out of you. It sickens me to even give them 1 star.

They'll joke with you, make small talk, etc and sometimes that's all it takes to ensure someone has an awesome day. I don't wanna say "it's obvious these people love their job" because i dont know!
