Well, I purchased said BMW and called Rusty's to make an appointment and was told, "We don't work on anything older than 2000." What? Really? Yup, really. Now, I'm not inferring that Lincoln told me what kind of bike to buy--that was purely my choice--but he surely had ample opportunity to tell me they don't service older bikes. Very poor form.

They did an excellent job, you can't even tell there was a scratch. They communicated very well and were super accommodating of our timeline.
