You guys keep your storage at 23177 Patricia Ln, so you guys know that man. Which means y'all are allowing that dog to bark non-stop. Your security man does nothing. He's usually sleeping in his truck outside the "neighborhood" most nights, so don't even. Yes, the dog barks 24/7. Maybe if I set up some speakers near your office with a mic set up in his yard, y'all would care.
We've never received a rule violation, you just edited your response to try to make me look bad.
If you think paying $18k a year to live in a train-car is "affordable", have fun with all the issues you're going to have in and outside of your new "campsite".
Summer's here? Well you're going to have to deal with a ton of wasps, crane flies, and gnats in your home!
Winter? You'll have to reach out to the office for some plug-in heaters that smell like burning hair.
If you're not on the side with the loud dog, then you'll be 3 ft away from the construction that's been going on for months. Don't worry if you don't want to spend $500 on a pet deposit, there are plenty of strays you can pretend are your outside pets! Just don't feed them or you'll be evicted!
Don't speed either, though there are multiple people who go flying down the road here over 15 mph who somehow never get in trouble. If they don't like you, they'll target you and look for reasons to fine you.
A lot of the rentals here seem to be given to maintenance and their families, so Idk if it's just a handful of people that they scam for the cost of a full-priced home and that's where the profit comes from. They say 2 people per unit, but that doesn't seem completely true in every unit.
I don't know why some reviews say that this place is "peaceful". They're probably getting an additional discount on their rent.
If you do find that you have nowhere else to go
Check your fire extinguisher, ours was empty. The cabinets were filled with roaches, too. You're not going to get a deposit back bc they apparently renovate every time someone leaves. Our water heater busted and leaked everywhere just a week or so after moving in, and it's in the bedroom, so yeah, some stuff got wet. They also didn't even clean it, just threw a towel down and who knows how long till our floor molds and sinks in. It's happened to at least one other unit - the entire floor had to be rebuilt. There was mold growing in our ac units and in the windows, which they put off as dirt, then after they lightly dusted them off and put them back, they didn't completely seal one, so every time there's condensation (every morning), more of our stuff gets wet. (Only if we put anything on the window sill)
I've had to block the office's number because they call me non-stop every time I bring up an issue, likely demanding I take down my review, Idk I don't answer. We pay our overpriced rent and our high electric bill, so go ahead, keep calling. I'm done letting the office intimidate me. The dog oddly stops barking every time I make the complaint public, so it'll be staying here. I was up listening to him bark till 4-5 a.m. a few days ago, and now it's been hours that he hasn't stopped again, so, I'm done.
Oh, and I tripped over one of your GIANT FREAKING ROCKS while running and my ankle was swollen for MONTHS, but I didn't complain about that one, till now!!
The front doors don't fully close either, so my bf and I were pleasantly shocked one morning at 3 a.m. when our front door had been blown wide open by the wind. SO THANKFUL I had woken up randomly and caught it. Our next door neighbor lost his two cats from the same ordeal.

They originally responded lying that there is no dog there. After I uploaded photos of the dog, they changed their response saying it belongs to one of the maintenance men and that it's not there all that much. They then continued to lie saying that they were evicting us because we've violated the rules. Not once did we receive a notice for violating anything. I can't believe grown people flat out will lie to you like that to make themselves look good. I can't wait till their mold problem is made public. Oh, and the owner said "nice name, bitch" to me when I labeled their rented property as the loud-ass dog house. Now that I know that was the owner, I'm even more outraged and shocked. I'm just relieved we don't have to be under these people anymore. These owners are sick individuals and should NOT be given this much power over others. Living here was hell. read more
