This hip ramen restaurant was a welcome meal on a cold Stockholm day! Coming from the SF Bay Area,…read morewe get a fair amount of quality fresh ramen. Our relatives recommended this spot during our holiday visit, and the ramen here hit the mark. I highly recommend not ordering the spicy miso because it was expensive and inedible. Instead of chashu, there was ground meat. I only ate a few bites and the reason why I took more than one bite was because I was curious and wanted to understand which part of the dish tasted bad. Spicy miso is usually my go-to when I order ramen but the flavor was not what I was expecting. When I normally order spicy miso, the broth is like tonkatsu with a spicy miso paste. At Ai Ramen, they serve hardly any broth and the broth they do serve does not taste good.
