    Soy sauce ramen

Soy sauce ramen was Little salty Spicy miso ramen was little strong spice for me but it was tasty and beer is good :) Staff is nicely, floor and toilet is clean.

Ordered a few items from the menu - presentation was nice and food tasted pretty ok. A couple of items were a bit on the salty side and kimchi is sour (is it the style here?). The spicy tofu in the donburi dish was cold so that was unexpected. Their homemade ramen broth and noodle were good. Between my friend and I, we give this place a 3 stars.

First of all, portion was huge but service was really slow. Food was not bad but I do find the spicy ramen a little salty for my taste. The Donburi was yummy though!

Ramen was very good - service was a bit slow but they were very busy. Pretty authentic flavor and good portions. Noodles are scratch made

Unfortunately the ajitsuke tamago (ramen egg) was too heavily flavoured with soy sauce throwing the umami flavour balance off. However the egg itself was perfectly "jammy" in texture. The flavour of the spicy miso had warm depth but was a little over salted as was the kimchi. The stockholm shoyu ordered by my partner was very good, evidenced by the empty bowl. Both noodles were well made with a firm chew - just how I like it. The bar itself is an eclectic mix of ramen bar, funky vibe with vinyl record collection, at the door and behind the bar. The staff were great, accommodating, attentive and efficient. 4 stars despite the saltiness.

Exceptional, flavourful ramen. Good service, kid-friendly, too. Definitely the best ramen I've had in Stockholm.

This hip ramen restaurant was a welcome meal on a cold Stockholm day! Coming from the SF Bay Area,…read morewe get a fair amount of quality fresh ramen. Our relatives recommended this spot during our holiday visit, and the ramen here hit the mark. I had the Red Hot ramen, which was rich and flavorful, with layers of flavor, tender and meaty pork belly, and a perfectly jammy shoyu marinated egg. Lots of flavor, and not too hot for my spice-loving palate. They use thin straight style ramen noodles here, which tasted fresh and had perfect spring. Our local relatives opted for their favorite, the Stockholm Shoyu - which also looked excellent. This spot is small and cozy, and they were able to seat us quickly even though they seemed quite popular for lunch.

I highly recommend not ordering the spicy miso because it was expensive and inedible. Instead of chashu, there was ground meat. I only ate a few bites and the reason why I took more than one bite was because I was curious and wanted to understand which part of the dish tasted bad. I figure out that the flavor was coming from the noodles. The spice came from a numbing pepper that I did not like. Spicy miso is usually my go-to when I order ramen but the flavor was not what I was expecting. When I normally order spicy miso, the broth is like tonkatsu with a spicy miso paste. At Ai Ramen, they serve hardly any broth and the broth they do serve does not taste good.
