The broth was intricately flavored, the perfect temp and the veggies were just soft enough. The noodles were to die for- perfectly chewy. The older gentleman who runs the place is a delight. Note - the marinated egg costs 15 kr extra. Just something to figure in. Even with the egg, my bowl cost 140 kr: a steal compared to some other places who's ramen isn't nearly as good. Extra note - they even have gluten-free noodles! So now even celiacs can enjoy ramen out. I haven't tried them though, will report back after I bring my celiac boyfriend here.
