Give us a Try! Raabe Ford has been in the automotive sales, service and parts business in Allen County / Delphos, Ohio since 1922. In the early 1900's Charles C. Raabe owned Hardware stores in Ft. Jennings & Delphos where he had been selling Maxwells and Fordson tractors since 1909. In 1921 Charles was offered the Ford franchise and at the advice of his son Howard, Charles closed the Hardware stores to focus on the Ford Franchise and began selling Model T's on Canal Street in Delphos in 1922.

Raabe Ford was founded in 1922 by Charles C. Raabe and operated on Canal St. in Downtown Delphos, Ohio. Howard Raabe became owner of Raabe Ford in the early 1950's and relocated to it's current location at 11260 Elida Rd. Long time employee Don Lindeman purchased Raabe Ford in 1981 and maintained the business until his retirement when the business was sold to Ronald Nott in 1989. Ron added the Lincoln franchise in 1991 thus becoming, Raabe Ford Lincoln. Ron's son Joe became owner / Dealer Principal of Raabe Ford in 2020. Raabe has earned a staggering 11 President's Awards from Ford which is considered the most prestigious award a dealer can earn from the manufacturer for excellence in customer sales & service satisfaction.

Mr. Nott has grown up in and around the Automotive business, he is also a 3rd generation Franchise Dealer. Joe's Grandfather Allan Nott started his first auto dealership on the east side of Lima over 60 years ago and continued with several brands of vehicles, motorcycles & ATV's over the years. Raabe Ford has been owned by the Nott Family since 1989. The Lincoln Franchise was added a few years after the Nott Family purchased Raabe from Don Lindeman. Today the Raabe name and Logo continue to be recognized as the area's oldest Ford dealership in operation because of the strong foundation and ethics of which is was built upon.
