This has GOT to be the WORST and LAST service I will get from this salon. See the photos below and…read morethis was AFTER I requested her to fix them right and the only REAL change was the APPLICATION for color!!!! I wanted black matte nails, coffin shaped. The salon tech saw they were a MESS from her, nails NOT applied correctly, NOT shaped properly, just complete GARBAGE!! She tried to rush me to go pay grabbing my wallet!!! I got up and looked at the crap she did and said I am NOT paying for this, fix it now and then I will pay. She takes me back, says let's do gel. I'm like okay whatever. She rushes through that as well. There is bubbles, bulging sides into skin, cut me, they are TERRIBLE!!! I will NOT ever come back here. Yall get the same complaints for same tech and still deliver same shit service. It was incredibly disrespectful to do such to a client and have no respect whatsoever for the service!

Update from about a month post mani @ Rio Nails. I'm still fuming about the service and…read moredestruction that Linda did to my nails. After removing the existing dip by "popping them off" without any warning, my nails were so damaged because my natural nail had been separated and caused major damage. My nails are normally strong and healthy but after the latest visit to Rio Nails I had to cut them all back and file the top where it was splitting. This salon has always been my go to and I have been a good customer and loved the services provided for many years. I recently went in and had to wait over one hour before Linda started my nails. When she started by trying to cut my nails with the old dip on them and then proceeded to remove the nails by popping them off which was painful and destructive to my nails (a month later). They looked horrible and I was appalled at the way she treated me because I complained about being bumped to last. This is not the first time I had to wait for others to finish first. I didn't want to write this review but I could not believe she treated a long time customer like that. It wasn't even the wait, but rather her actions when doing my nails. I will not be going back to this salon again. No one should have to pay those prices for service like that! Sorry Linda but your behavior was rude and unprofessional. Pedicure was great as always, but even the tech looked shocked at the way I was being treated.
