For a surprisingly reasonable price, Jeff fixed the leak and got the lights working again. He also found a replacement overlay for the control panel and texted me a link to buy it directly from the manufacturer, since it was easy to install. Over the years he has provided professional, quality and technical service. Once I had a variety of problems he walked me through which I should fix first then perhaps wait on the others. In the end he fixed it completely. He's a patient listener, kind and extremely knowledgeable due to his long years of experience. He schooled me as to which chemicals to buy to maintain my spa. I most recently saw that my spa was leaking. I called him and he came right over the next day. Of course the spa was suddenly completely dry and showed no leaks.
