Such a great experience!…read more My rim on my '99 Park Ave cracked and caused the tire to go flat. When I tried to get it fixed at a big name auto shop, I was told my car was too old and to order it on-line or find a junk yard because they couldn't fix it... Enter in B&O!!! They not only told me if there was a car with possible matching parts to my car on the lot, but also how much it would cost ($50 less than on-line). I drove there the next day and the staff was super friendly and easy going. Not only did I find the part I was looking for, but because the price was so great I picked up a few extra parts I never thought I'd replace because (normally) it wasn't worth the expense. They even paid me cash for my old cracked rim and took it (plus the flat tire) off my hands!! Bring your own tools though, which is alright, because that's why the prices are so low. I will definitely be back here to find other items I need, and best believe I will be telling all my friends too! Way to go B&O

Having been a customer for several years, I am appalled at the prices you…read moreare now charging for shoes. A used pair for $10.00 is almost laughable. The clothes, the books, the volunteers and paid employees are listening to the customers regards the high price of shoes. Customers attending a Thrift Store are not necessarily poverty people, nor are they high end customers. The fun of perhaps finding an item is kind of exciting, but looking for a pair of shoes to be used in a garden, or perhaps a one time dancing affair is getting rediculous. The fact that I shop at your store is getting to be rare. The shoes are just not selling. I have tried several time to phone either Pam of Sue and told to text them. No one answers. I am disappointed.m Rita Jacks

I appreciate and wish more people would consider what they throw in the garbage, the fact they accepted our old, outdated shedding artificial Christmas tree was satisfying. They also took 2 frying pans that did not belong in a thrift store. I don't take items there for the money but rather to keep it out of the landfill whenever i can. Due to the nature of their business I do not drive my vehicle in the back.

Since it was it was my first time there I wasn't sure what part of the property to go to. I saw a garage door open on the west side of the building so I stopped at the stop sign then pulled in. Then a big man with a beard come up and started rudely chastising me for pulling inside (an honest mistake on my part). He then asked what I need. After all that chastising I told him I needed nothing. He then told me I shouldn't be upset because I was the one that did something wrong. I started pulling out and he mentioned a price of 60 cents a pound. I don't care if it's 60 dollars a pound. I WILL NOT be talked to like that and I will never be back. I will take my cans elsewhere. Great customer service Cimco!
