They not only told me if there was a car with possible matching parts to my car on the lot, but also how much it would cost ($50 less than on-line). I drove there the next day and the staff was super friendly and easy going. Not only did I find the part I was looking for, but because the price was so great I picked up a few extra parts I never thought I'd replace because (normally) it wasn't worth the expense. They even paid me cash for my old cracked rim and took it (plus the flat tire) off my hands!! Bring your own tools though, which is alright, because that's why the prices are so low. I will definitely be back here to find other items I need, and best believe I will be telling all my friends too! Way to go B&O

We made the trek out here, and they were super friendly and happy to take her shredder. And it's FREE. They accept a long list of electronics which I've attached a picture of. A man came up and told me I need to pull back out. I said I will...... then I proceeded to ask him where the cans go. Then a big man with a beard come up and started rudely chastising me for pulling inside (an honest mistake on my part). He then asked what I need. After all that chastising I told him I needed nothing. He then told me I shouldn't be upset because I was the one that did something wrong. I started pulling out and he mentioned a price of 60 cents a pound. I don't care if it's 60 dollars a pound. I WILL NOT be talked to like that and I will never be back. I will take my cans elsewhere. On…read moremultiple occasions they haven't fully emptied our trash or recycling bins since they use an arm that picks up the bins and don't leave the bin suspended upside down for even a second to allow the garbage to drop from our bin to their's. On top of this, I have witnessed several instances of them allowing their front garbage bin to become overloaded before dumping it in the back of their truck and garbage being spread throughout the neighborhood because of it.
