Several days later they emailed me an estimate of $2500. I told them that their estimate was more than I was willing to pay and I would pick up the gator in a day or two. When I went to pick up the gator, they told me I would have to pay a diagostic fee' of $750.00 before I could leave with it. Under their diagnostic analysis, they said I needed a new alternator belt, a new serpintine belt and a new alternator, which is exactly what I had requested originally. I didn't request a diagnostic analysis, nor did they tell me up front that there would be one. Other than looking at the belts to see that they needed replacement (10-20 seconds) and hooking up the alternator with some alligator clips to a volt meter (5 minutes max), they did absolutely nothing else for their $750. I will never go back to Belcorp for anything, nor order any parts from them, now that I know their business model is based upon blatant overcharging its customers for as much as they can, even when they do no work. If they did that to me, they will do it to anyone. I strongly urge anyone thinking about having anything serviced there to first seek a more ethical business. .

For a couple thousand more I would have bought the Kubota but for $5,000 more I would not have but needed the price to make a decision. I was promised I would get an email quote. Never got it. Called back and requested it again. He said no problem I will send it out. Never got it. Called back a third time and again I never received it. I have no idea why Kubota is letting them sell their product. They are terrible and no telling how many sales they loose by refusing to even help you. This is obviously a sign of the service you will get so don't do it. If this is how they treat you imagine after they have your money and you have a warranty issue or need a part. Not worth it. I have moved on and am going with a John Deere or Kioti.

They got the parts quickly and had them ready to go when I got there. They loaded them on a cart for me to take out to my truck and couldn't have been friendlier. The part that I really appreciated was, I'm just a homeowner-level tractor owner, and these guys obviously had a lot of pros in there they were dealing with at the same time as me. In fact, they were selling what sounded like a large tracked farm machine that I'm sure goes well into the six figures. But they treated me like I was just as important as all of the bigger clients they had in there at the time.

Interestingly, Carlos had a deeper knowledge of the different brands of equipment than the Sales person ! Ben Garton should inform himself of this situation to understand a damning failure in the Sales Dept. More important ,Carlos should be acknowledged for his deal-saving intervention - on his own time too !

It's been 100% reliable for the 25 hours I have on it, and the guys at Tractor City were easy to deal with and fair. Also, tractor shoppers should know that LS is a company that was spun off from LG (the people who make many home appliances), and they've been making tractors for years, including the sub-55hp New Holland tractors. It's a solid brand.
