The first time I thought it was a fluke but the second time I was surprised again. The store worked for what I needed and I was able to return what I didn't end up using for my project. That being said, I think the lines to return were even longer than the check out lines, if that's possible and I do not recommend coming here if you need something quick. I definitely try to patronize smaller hardware stores as much as possible. Also, this is not a reflection on the store as they have more than enough parking but the patrons in there trucks, big and small, were careless and created lots of unnecessary traffic issues in the parking lot so just be aware of that. Biggest issue with this location is the absolute disaster the aisles are. I know they are a busy location and it's the customers making the mess but they need to have more staff cleaning up the aisles. My wife wanted to look at a Christmas Gnome that was only located on a very top shelf. There was no one to find to get a ladder and pull one down. We did get a lot of stuff for 50% off so again...the deals are awesome.
