They not only came out and gave a quote, but said they could do it that same day! Way sooner than other places that gave quotes but wouldn't be available for a week or so. Some places wouldn't even do a job unless it was $2000 or more to make it worth their time, which my job was in the low $100s at best. They listened to my concern about another board that looked to have a portion rotted and they were able to include replacing the rotted part and not create additional seams between the boards--something I hadn't thought possible! The railing was cemented but remained wobbly. After multiple follow-ups, I was told a hammer drill and larger anchor bolts were needed. An additional $100 was requested to drill deeper into the concrete. Even after four visits and additional work, the railing still wobbles. At one point, I was told I may need to "find another company" because they did not have another technician in my area. The final result is still unstable. This was a safety-related installation, and despite multiple attempts, the issue was not resolved. I appreciate the polite communication, but the outcome does not match what was promised.
