They show up when they want to and do not let you know they are coming. I was told by the sales person that they are an AMISH OWNED and OPERATED business which usually means good quality work. The owner is amish but the workers were all hispanic and clearly do not understand how to install roofs. They also managed to break some outdoor landscaping lights and flowers on the first day. The facia that they installed looks like a blind man put it on. Incredibly shotty work. I will hire a different company to come make the needed repairs. I will probably seek damages in small claims to recoup the damages. That has been my experience with this company.

As a first time home buyer, I really appreciated the time and detail he provided to help me understand the house I was buying. Early the next morning, I had the inspection report, and was so excited to see that he had told me about all the potential issues while we were in the house too. He also spent extra time trying to investigate the crawl space under the front porch, as we were having trouble finding out what was in there. What makes Steve extraordinary at his job is that he's just a joy to work with. Who else can say their inspection was fun? I was smiling the whole time. Not just because my future house is super cool and has a lot of character, but also because Steve made me feel valued as the client. When we did encounter a minor issue, like getting some wood on the front door fixed, he provided me with recommendations on who to hire to get the work done.
