There are two guys who show up and I can't say enough about them: Polite, smart, are OK with the dog and never once said "You should really just demolish this house, it's pretty old." Anyway, I said, "Could you take a look at the toilet, blah, blah .. one guy went up, the other went down and within 45 minutes both jobs were done!!! The demo work was very messy but Dakota was very careful to clean any debris left as he was transporting it out of the unit. He talked with me before he started to ensure he understood the vision and the look I was going for, as well as to ensure there wouldn't be any surprises or concerns raised afterwards. Dakota finished the work faster than I anticipated and always checked that I was satisfied with the finished product before he considered it done.
