Turns out we needed some urgent repair work to the caulking and grouting. Called Sir Grout and spoke with Chris, who came and took a look. He confirmed the work needed to be done, but told us he was book up for the next three weeks. We explained what a jam we were in, not being able to use the shower for three weeks, he moved things around and got the repairs done two days later.
