My pour was 1670 square feet with 33 cubic yards 1697 that had a fair amount of complexity in terms of drainage and curbs and levels. The set up took 3 days including grading, forming and rebar with a crew of eight. I also added my neighbors smaller driveway that enlarged the project by 450 sq ft and took our pour up to 42 cu yds. On the pour day we had 14 finishers who did a quality job, and on the following day they returned to finish removing forms and did an excellent cleaning up removing all construction debris. This is a top quality second generation family company. I found the entire team to be easy to deal with, friendly, very professional and conscientious in their work. I now have them on my list of those i will choose to deal with in future. This is a top quality company that keeps its promises and works well with the customer. A+ in my book. Stevensen's Landscaping has performed two different projects for me and I have been very pleased…read more First project was a front yard, "start from scratch" a blank slate so to speak with absolutely no landscaping. I met with a designer first who mapped out cement steps, and beautiful and natural plants scattered throughout the front with a river rock bed. Included a few mounds and boulders. Also was a beautiful arbor that was made and fencing around certain areas of the front yard. I had never worked with a landscaper before, so the only caveat I would say is be sure you are aware of all of the expenses because they add up very quickly. It was a major sticker shock situation. Second project was to build a patio out of existing stone pavers with artificial grass in between for a beautiful design. This project took much longer than anticipated because the wrong size turf was ordered, which was quickly remedied; they did not hold me responsible. What was unanticipated was the tedious job of ensuring the turf was nailed down. The guys on the job were meticulous in ensuring everything was measured and leveled perfectly. With that said, it was another situation of many manpower hours that were not expected. I understand that once a project gets started, it is often unpredictable how it's going to turn out and this was the case here. I am currently in the midst of getting another estimate from Stevensen's Landscaping so I'm sure that tells you that they do great work. Just pay attention all the details of your job and make sure you go in with your eyes wide open.

Of all the quotes that we obtained, Gabriel from RC Reconstruction was the most responsive and easy to communicate with. He was always reachable via email/phone/text. Providing a very fair quote for our project and being able to start work the soonest, we decided to go with RC Reconstruction. From the moment they started the project, everything went extremely smooth. We had all gas and utility lines mapped out in advance by using 811. Gabriel and his team carefully navigated these marked areas with no difficulty. It was originally estimated that the project would take about 2 days to complete. But they were so efficient, that the project was started at 7AM and was completely done by 4PM the same day. The end result was a fence exactly as planned for! I highly recommend Gabriel and RC Reconstruction.
