Things happen. BUT the 2nd time they came out, our A/C stopped working again. THIS time, we had to have another company check it as KEN HOPE doesn't have after hours help. The technician discovered that the A/C cover was left off the handler in the attic by Ken HOPE's technician (2 days before this incident) and the A/C was pulling in 120 degree air and was failing. We had to pay the bill for for the after hours call. We've asked Ken Hope to refund this amount at the very least and they are avoiding returning our call. We will never use their services again and suggest you don't either. NOT reliable, very neglectful and POOR service to customers!

Never checked the interior of the house. Second company, Wright's, checks the house first then the unit and shuts it down for the weekend to Melt the block of Ice in the core of the unit. They return on Mon 8:30AM and do a full diagnostic. End result is the core was leaking refrigerant and was actually still under warrantee. They replaced the core (Labor charge only) and added the refrigerant. Cost... $1.5K. Wright's Mechanical really came in like Studs and helped my family during a terrible time. Very Professional, on time, communicated well and knocked out the job. They are a Family business and I totally recommend their services.

At the time I was happy with the service. This August the PVC pipe was clogged again. A neighbor told me that he had the same problem and his AC technician used compressed air to clear the pipe (Paradise Air did not use compressed air). When I called Paradise Air I was put on hold for 7 minutes, then rudely told that my one year warranty had expired and they could not give me a price to use compressed air to clear my pipe. They did say that there would be a $114 dispatch fee plus the cost of whatever the technician did. My confidence in Paradise Air was already low, and the treatment I received on the phone made sure I would not be giving them my money. I called the AC company my neighbor had used and made an appointment.

We have spent over half the total cost of the original purchase in under warranty repairs. They have sent multiple technicians to our house who inconsistently align with the time they tell us they will be coming. Some of whom can't even fix the problems. Some who say they fix it and charge us only for it to still be broken or to break again in just weeks. At the end of the most recent visit the technician told us their management would be contacting us to discuss the ongoing issues. But no one ever called.
