Trash drop-off is in the back of the site, free for town residents with a permit, otherwise a nominal charge. Recycle drop-off is free with the exception of specific types of electronics. The layout of the recycle station has changed from time to time, but it is always well maintained, and someone is almost always there to help. Check their website for hours of operation and rates for charged items.

We have rented many different machines from advance rental and have always been very pleased with…read morethe quality of the products they offer as well as the ability to work with our schedule and limits in transportation of such heavy machinery. Today, the owner stayed open on CHRISTMAS EVE morning so I could rent a table and some chairs for my Christmas family get together. I was running late and in a panic, and he kept the store open for me, even though I know he had plans with his own family. He loaded everything in my truck for me and wished me a Merry Christmas. If that isn't customer service, I really don't know what is.

With Ace Carting, while the customer service reps were polite, they frequently seemed to be in the dark about scheduling matters, such as weather delays, and there were a number of missed pickups. With CV Waste Removal, I have been able to call and get correct information from people who know the answers or will find out. So far, so good, and based on what I have seen, I would recommend CV Waste over the larger companies, like Ace.

They're open 7:00am -10:00pm every day of the week. I did both a drop off the day before and washed a load myself one Thursday afternoon. There were only a few people coming and going while I was there but I was told by another customer that they are absolutely packed on weekends so I will plan accordingly if I need to go back. The same customer told me they had the best prices in town. Also worth noting - neither the drop off service or machines accept credit cards; cash only but they do have a change machine on site. The young lady working was extremely pleasant, answered all my questions and even made recommendations on which machines to use (they have 3 different sizes). The facility was relatively clean, the floors had a fair amount of lint but the machines themselves looked pristine. The attendant did vacuum while I was there. There are a few seats inside and more outside. No air conditioning but enough fans going to keep it tolerable on a hot July afternoon. Laundry came out fine...paid $4 for the load I did myself and it took just under an hour for the whole process. Was just under $14 for the load I dropped off and the folding was outstanding! The picture of the finished package I picked up doesn't really do it justice but check it out...

The times that I've interacted with the staff there had always been very positive too. Or how about draping them over a hanger? Anything other than throwing them in a plastic bag in a heap. At least have the professional to admit your error.
