I did call before hand to make sure they took what I was dropping off (humidifier and crock pot) and they were very helpful on the phone. Getting there is sort of tricky, you have to turn into a small lot, look for the JGS - sign and follow it around back. There will be an open garage door (if they are open) there isn't any additional signage but if you go into the garage you can see the offices in the back!

They will count your bottles and cans or you can tell them what you have. I always ask to get my bags back as large bags are hard to come by. They just give me new ones.
