I figured the pizza and subs were good - and I already had that earlier in the week. This guy chose the garlic cheese bread sticks and the hot wings. The breadsticks were your basic stick, similar to the ones found at Olive Garden, except these are gingerly tucked under a blanket of cheese (mozzarella or provolone), and they are infused with the tastiest garlic salt seasoning. The hot wings are comparable to BW3 or Rooster's, and they have a "liquid sauce." I was confused about this feature, but it was explained to me that some wings come with a flavored breading. I think this was a great move! Ambiance (****): When you pull into the downtown parking, you notice that the pace of the city is a bit slower than what some of the city slickers are used to. It might seem empty at first, but there are people coming and going, if you wait long enough. The decor and "vibe" take me back to the pizza place heyday - I can't really explain this with words. It's a feeling... But here goes: baseball on the radio, oscillating fan in August, cold pop, hot pizza. Service (*****): The people providing service were very polite, funny, and seem to genuinely care about all of the patrons, stranger and friend alike. I highly suggest that you big city slickers take a little break and slow down here for a bit. Overall, I gave it a 4 because as they said themselves, there is always room for improvement.

We frequently use one of their coupons to get a combo meal of some kind. The antipasto salad is splendid and definitely go with the house dressing. The cheese breadsticks or cinnasticks are tasty. I thoroughly, thoroughly love their subs. The pizza sub is as pleasant to the pallet as nectar for a hummingbird. The pizza though. Oh the pizza. A sweet sauce and they don't skimp on the cheese. Need to feed a crew? Go with the jumbo which is like a sheet cake of pizza because, well, it's pizza and not sheet cake. It does have a little bit of seating but no servers per se. The people tossing your dough are going to bring it to you. And that might be the best part: the family who owns it. The family is faith filled and it shows in all they do. It comes out in their food. It comes out in their service and they treat you like you are valued part of their family. If I lived in Tiffin, those 70 pounds would be right back because I would stay at Napolis picking up fold overs. I was in town visiting my mom last night and for old times sake, decided to pick up a cheeseburger fold over. It did not disappoint! It was ready very quick. I picked it up, they are so generous with the toppings and the cheese. It still looks and smells exactly the same when you walk in there. There's a convenience to ordering delivery, but picking up yourself just ensure you get a perfectly piping hot meal. One more reason to visit my mom, definitely needed it

We were greeted by a couple of small children, one was just walking through the place, and the other was in a walker toy strolling about, sometimes watching tv, sometimes screaming loudly because no one was paying it any attention. We didn't think much of it, so we quietly waited to be seated by an adult. We were sat at our table, placed our drink order, and perused the menu. It was a really strange mix of varying cuisines. A couple of us ordered Mexican dishes, while one was brave and ordered pizza. We tasted our soft drinks only to find they were all very "flat," lacking carbonation. I alerted the waitress to the issue, she didn't seem surprised at all. She quickly offered us Pepsi in a can. The food then came, the pizza was definitely a frozen grocery store pizza. Not nice at all! The taco salad was made with minced beef, like a pizza topping, not seasoned ground beef. The other couple did not mind their Mexican dishes, as they ate them all. They did add that they would not return here on our next trip through town. So, long story short, do yourself a favor and avoid this place!
