Steve states that his company came out and found no evidence of a pool leak. Really?! When?! I have 24 hour video surveillance. Coastline never checked! I hired a "Contractor" to fix the upper part of my pool. He's not a fence guy. Regardless of who I used, Coastline did work after, with zero communication and filled in as little Diamond Bright as they could to save money. Steve likes to harp on that, and it's not even mentioned in my review.. I made ONE tile color change BEFORE my project even started. Of course Coastline delivered the WRONG original tile I picked. Steve blames the customer. Just one of the many, many mistakes made.. Maybe you shouldn't take in so many jobs at the same time and actually supervise what's going on! Jump 365 or so days later and guess what...i have another pipe leak due to the roots of the black olive tree. I am so grateful to ALD for again diagnosing the leak and having it fixed! Not something I want to continue doing but until I sell this house I have to keep up with repairs. It turns out that those marks don't even accurately show how the pipes are routed. They charged me $450 to show the endpoint of a pipe that was leaking which as shown in the photos they said it end to the kitchen island five feets away. However, the plumber had to run the tape to find the end point at opposite side of the house which was not even in his markings. He charged me $650 extra because he had to cut each pipe at the manifold to see which one is the right one. I am wondering why are we even doing this kind of leak detection since running the tape into the pipe is the only concrete way to find the end of leaky pipe and the plumber charged for that service anyways. I can't justfying $450 I paid for a merely a guess work so my loss is your win take my advise and don't do it.
