He was professional, very quick and knowledgeable, he was great at letting us know what we should do now and what could wait. He gave us great referrals for the things he doesn't handle. I don't think the other review on here is for this company, it doesn't sound anything like the guy we worked with. We will be using him again for our future purchases.

Not a big job by any means and yet 2 months after the start, it is still not completed! He said it would be done before he left for vacation,it wasn't. He goes on vacation for 2 weeks in the middle of the job and everything comes to a screeching halt! The only thing left to do is the counter top and yet four weeks later, after he is back, the counter top still isn't done. He broke a piece of the counter top and had to reorder it, then leaves the counter sitting in a spot that is not level for a week, and it warps and now has to make yet another top for it. After three days of messing with the counter top .. still not done. No end in sight! A bumbling fool that doesn't know what he is doing! He spends more time on the phone and running around and he doesn't know what the meaning of work is. Think twice before hiring him if you would like the job done by a professional and in a timely manner.

From the first visit to assess our damage, to the last phone call to ensure everything was completed to our satisfaction, they surpassed our expectations. Joe Rose was not just the owner, he was on site ensuring things were completed to not only his satisfaction but ours as well. Not once did I have to wait for a response, wonder about the status of a repair or deal with people in my home that were not professional. We had a multi-stage repair - Complete roof tear off, repair and reshingle, new gutters, siding repair, interior drywall repair as well as many other items. Each repair exceeded our expectations, I cannot recommend them enough. 5 Star all the way! Thank you Joe & Warren, your service is unsurpassed!

This guy is a liar and a fraud. He billed for 200 linear feet of fence, estimated 191 feet in his…read more"drawing" and only put in 178 ft, leaving piles of materiel around and trash bags in BUSHES!!! On top of that, his crew damaged my power to the house. He denies any of this, claiming that the water (we have a well) and electric were messed up when they arrived last Friday morning. I have pictures, video, witnesses, and home inspection reports that clear show/state that there were no electrical or water problems prior to "good ol' Eddie" and his crew. I have his "drawing" of the fence dimensions and the digital measurements that show he lied and FAILED. He did put in a MISS DIGG Ticket, as did I. And he told me something was weird and that he would make some calls. I told him in person the day before they did the fence work that the previous owner said that the gas and electric for the main house came in on the back corner. So he overestimated material needed, even given that he shorted me TWENTY-TWO FEET of fence. He did not put it where I wanted...put the gate on one side about a FOOT from the stair case so nothing can go through that gate save for a person going straight up the stairs. He damaged my power, and maybe my well pump and tried to claim it was already bad. I am going through a lawyer and my insurance (his insurance Bois Insurance, seems only there to protect him, not his customers when he screws up) but this guy needs to be reported. On top of everything else, my wife and I are both dealing with some health things AND I am a disabled Vet...something good ol' Eddie was told in passing...apparently he has no problem screwing over people and stressing out people just to gain a quick buck.

We had to call and text him numerous time to get him to our home. He showed up on a Saturday afternoon talking rapidly and appeared very nervous. Unfortunately he measured wrong. The template he created was at least an inch off. When the installers finally came with the product (another lengthy wait and another Saturday), they only had the template Dan had created to work with. They were professional but the final shower was off by at least an inch leaving us with large gaps in the drywall and in between the tile floor and the shower base. The other problem was the finished product was not the color we had picked from the sample board. When we talked to Dan bout this, his response was the sample boards fade and he never knows what he is going to get from the Durastone factory in Texas. We decided we needed to pull this product out and replace it with a white durastone product. When we communicated this to Dan, he responded with a very rude email that he was writing us off as a loss and would not do further business with us. It is August now. We had the shower temporarily plumbed and set up for our elderly parents who visit in the summer but we ar still dealing with what to do about this shower. This is the master shower of the master bath of our home. Buyers beware of Dan Bishop and Americast. His customer service and product leave much to be desired.
