I called to ask details about their film scanning equipment and they would not tell me. As a professional photographer the scanning process is a critical part of making an image, and knowing what equipment is being used is essential when working with important clients. There are multiple kinds of scanners that can determine the end result of your work and I would not recommend this gate keeping lab to anyone who cares about their work and how their film is being handled. read more

The service is fast and professional! prints from "old school" negatives...negatives cleaned and enriched, photos in hand and on a disc...all for pennies!!! Anyone who thinks they're too expensive, has no idea how hard it is to restore/clean negatives. I would recommend them to everyone. read more

I'm learning to make my own fractal artwork, and turn them in to printed pieces of art work. I sent in two first attempts at prints. one didn't turn out very good, and the other turned out better then I expected!! they said since I'm learning they wont charge me for the one I didn't have a good resolution on. also told me how to correct it to make sure my other prints will turn out better. cant believe how fast the turn around time for prints were, and the quality is outstanding. they are really helpful will even return emails on the weekend well they are closed which I thought was pretty cool read more

We needed to print an 11x14 photo of my father-in-law who passed away last week. After carefully editing the photo we sent if off to Costco. The print came out very dark. So, we edited it again and sent it off again. Again, it was dark. My wife had seen R & R, but we had never used their services. We were running out of time, but we called R & R and they were extremely helpful and kind. Within an hour the photo was done. The lighting was great. Then to top if off they refused payment because the photo was for a family member's funeral. I know where I am going first next time. read more
