He was honest enough to advice me not to repair the car and just accept whatever the insurance will give me as a total loss. I really wanted to keep the car and willing to pay him additional to whatever the insurance will give me, but he said it is not worth it because I never know what else could be wrong during the repair process. Omar was so flexible in making himself available to accommodate me which was extremely helpful. He helped me carry my trunk full of work materials from my vehicle to my rental, which was above and beyond. He was always so patient even when I was upset at my fleet company for bringing my car to a repair facility outside of NJ ( which had nothing to do with him or Manhattan Collision). I had to bring in my vehicle back in for an internal noise that you could only hear at high speeds, I brought my vehicle back and the repairs were done within a day. The customer service was over the top!!!! He was also amazing at ensuring my vehicle was 100% and to my satisfaction. My vehicle was repaired back to its original condition and in a timely fashion. Studio 167 charged me a very reasonable flat rate for the job, gave me tips on how to ensure the carpeting would dry, & were very kind & accommodating.
