I reached out to several towing companies on Yelp, but none were available on a Sunday. Thankfully, Lake County Towing came through when I needed them most. I left my truck key in a secure spot, and they promptly towed it to the nearest Ford dealership. When they arrived, they found there was no place to drop it off, so they brought it back to their shop for safekeeping. The next morning, we coordinated another tow to Frankfort, IL, where the truck was repaired. I can't say enough good things about Angel and his team--they were professional, kind, and incredibly helpful after such a scary experience losing all brakes on I-294 North. They went above and beyond, and thanks to them, I still managed to catch some fish that day. Huge thanks to Lake County Towing!

Rick came right on time, he was very relaxed and made me feel comfortable with his abilities to keep my car safe. I had got a flat, and within 30 minutes of calling Rick was there to pick me up. I highly recommend you ignore the bad reviews and take my word for it, these guys are awesome!

I called to discuss rates only because I was confused by all the different rates on sales slip. My daughters 18 so I felt like towing company may have taken advantage of the situation by charging $500. Inflation is real. I don't believe 500 for a simple tow is... more like price gouging.

I was alright with that and said I would wait. 2 hours went but I called him, he said his name was Jonathan or something with a J. He said he was running behind but that he was going to make sure to make it out to him. 3 hours passed, called him again and I get the same bullshit excuse. How it's 7:45 pm , I call him again . He claims he's an hour out and would be there shortly. I explained to him that it was very important that my car was at the dealership by morning due to a scheduled appointment. He said he understood and was on his way. Not I'm calling him and it's 11pm he claims he is 15 minutes out and that I did not have to wait for him outside since he was taking so long , he would just get it towed and dropped off and I didn't have to do anything else but just explain where I wanted it dropped off at the dealership and I did that on the phone . I ended up going to sleep because he told me he didn't need me there for the tow and I had already waited 10 HOURS for him to get there. I wake up at 5 am and see that my tow was canceled, my service provider said Jonathan tried to call me to tell me he could get in my car but I never received such call and all 4 of my windows were open and the car was unlocked but not only that I got a call from my service provider at 2:30 AM . 12 hours later. Literally worst fucking tow truck company, just call someone else . Jonathan also sounded incompetent on the phone which obviously after this , he is . Or he's new. Ether way go with a different tow company. If I could write a google review I would but they don't have a google page. Had my cars towed numerous times and I have NEVER had an experience as shitty as this one.
