If I could give 10 stars I would. On Christmas Eve a family member was stranded at a gas station in Muskego. The car wouldn't go into park and the key wouldn't come out and it wouldn't start. I called Otto to have it towed to a friends garage so as not to leave it outside over the holiday with the key in it. Otto promptly answered the call and showed up for the tow. Before towing it, he offered advice to the owner that solved the problem and eliminated the need for a tow. I have used Otto for many years and will never consider anybody else. If you need a tow, look no further. Honesty and integrity is #1 in this man. There is no better value than using Otto. read more

Truck quit running and he came by. Stopped to see if I needed help. Said it's your fuel pump. Kicked my gas tank and then my truck started and got it to a shop. Awesome guy! read more

I am in the automotive industry and my sons car broke down outside of elk horn.After several attempts at locating a tow service in the area,no one was available or would not answer,I came across Ottos ad....he not only answered he came over from East Troy,made it sooner than he estimated and was very professional!!!!! After our insurance company abandoned me, my husband, and our 7month old on the side of the highway at 830pm on Thanksgiving and told us they were not going to find a tow truck I found Otto's number from a Google search and he promptly picked us up. He was fast, courteous, and had very fair prices. I would 100% recommend him to anyone I know. Hands down the best tow experience I have ever had. read more
