Now, I myself have only been in here for a wander and look over the prices when I was at one point…read moredebating getting a new shower fitted (which has still to happen). However, my folks recently had their bathroom done and this was one of the various places they visited in the South Side. We all agreed that the selection of fixtures and fittings were all relatively similar despite their being a good range of prices. While, my folks had a very pleasant experience with the staff and home quote/consultation service initially this didn't last. Instead, the pricing of the job continued to rise and they were not particularly helpful about finding 'complementary' tiles or saving the old ones. Instead, the entire bathroom was going to have to be re-tiled amongst other cost rising elements. I believe there was also some confusion or trouble with actually getting in contact with people and arranging viewings for quotations. Though, in saying this they do have an apparently wide selection of ranges and products. While, the do cater for all levels of prices which is always a welcome surprise - especially in the home improvement sector. Furthermore, the show room is large, clean and tidy so presents the products in a superb light and is a very pleasant place to be in.

Plenty time to talk over what we wanted, picked our preferred units to be installed, wall coverings, shower, toilet, sink , floor, ceiling lights and panelling. Started on the date stated, advised five day job, managed to complete in four days. Workers kept any mess to a minimum, cleaning as they progressed with installation. Delighted with finished bathroom. A couple of issues which were dealt with within an hour of calling the store and our point of contact.

They charge far too much for what is very average work, their plumber failed to connect pipes properly and cause some flooding to our kitchen and their joiners didn't install items properly, screws came loose and we ended up using another trusted local joiner to remedy it. They put white goods in the wrong place because it suited them after being promised by their surveyor that they would consult us on everything NOT!! Plenty of other better companies out there that I wish I'd used. Wouldn't recommend them
