I've been going to this shop since my last mechanic closed down, it's the closest to my place, and on my way to work, so I'm kind of stuck with them. Friendly place, nice staff, oldest scooter shop in London. Actual facts: The first time I went here I took my scooter for servicing and I was shocked to see they had charged me three times as much as my former mechanic. The last two times I took the scooter to fix a puncture, and both times they fixed it, I took the bike and the next day the tire was flat again overnight. Took it back to the shop, and not only they charged me, they also told me they had to change the whole tire, the first time they told me that they couldn't find the puncture, and the second time arguing that I had blown a chunk of the tire. This second time over I had inspected the tire very thoroughly at home and found nothing. I will not be going back and I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. One needs a reliable mechanic in which you can trust, the friendliness, family-run, 60s feel and all that don't matter if you feel cheated and angry everytime you go there. read more
