Similar story, but quite a bit worse(!) as the guy above. Although mine is on the new version of the dealership (Jack Lilley, not North City). The sales team are good and the dealerships nicely laid out, but the service department are genuinely unbelievably bad. My bikes been in 7 times for the same starter motor issue, and another fault crept in during the 6 months they've not been fixing it, with the heated grips (that won't turn off), and that's gone in 3 times for fixes too. At the date of writing both still are faulty (although the bike runs) and it all started in March! (I'ts currently August). The service manager is the worst really rude, and has an odd mind set towards customers. I think we're the bain of his life, rather than the people who are paying his wages.
So, in short, sales guys are good, but really don't use their service department, unless you want to visit the dealership on a monthly basis, take a fair bit of time off work, and get really wound up!!! read more
